Honestly, spent a lot of time to try to find this, I can't seem to get it. I even Google searched it. No luck. If you can help me find it that be awesome. 

a4) What timezone are you located in?

I live in Ohio, so therefore, its the Eastern Time Zone. 

a5) How many in-game warns do you have?

I currently have zero. 

a6) Have you ever been banned? If so, explain why?

No I have never been banned from any sever. 

a7) Do you have any prior staffing experience? If so, where?

I used to be a highly respected admin on Turtle RP with the people who joined and admin on duty for a year until it closed down. 
Please answer these questions with your honest opinion.
b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP?

I want to show what a fantastic server is, this one when I join always feels like family to me. The players and staff always make it a great time. There is never a dull moment on this sever. Being a staff member would be even more better and rewarding.  Also want to keep you in the high rankings of best servers!

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator?

I got leadership skills, I will prove to you I am a highly respectable admin but also like to have fun getting to know different people off the sever. I know when to act accordingly to disrespect and know how to put up with people who don't follow the server's rules. I am good about following policies that admins have to follow and also follow rules of the server. You just hand me the certain polices and I will do my best to keep this a fun, rule-bidding sever. It should be a lot of fun as admin and being able to have people know they have someone who i great for the betterment of the server. 
Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished.

RDM is Random Death Match. It is something I sorta don't take lightly. I mean if you are just randomly killing people for the fun of it thats just an automatic ban. But I mean I follow the rules of what the owner sets for handling it. So, usually how I handle an RDMer is warn you the first time, second time is jail you, and if RDM still happens with the person, I ban them after the third time. 

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated.

Usually when a base is raided you should stay away from your base until its over if you were killed. 

Another example is staying away from an area for at least 120 seconds (2 mins) that you were killed in. Its only fair to you and the other players too.

Lastly, you should forget what happened in the previous life before you got killed and continue on your new life. HENCE WHAT NLR means.  

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence.

Playing the character to what it real is and not following what the rules are set for them as a character also like Non RP related knowledge or non-realistic knowledge to get your way for things.
Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react?

I would try to get screenshots, screenrecording, any type of evidence that shows the abuse of power, use the forums or contact the owner of the server. Admins still should be following the rules as the other players on the server. It doesn't matter, you got to follow the rules. No exceptions!  

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation?

Jail the person Mass RDMing, wrap up the session with other person, or if need be call another admin over to help with situation, then go handle the other RDMer. 

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets.

Its a rule not to build in the streets so I would warn them to not do that. If they continue to do it, I will follow the policy set by owner for banning or warnings.
