b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP? I believe many of the staff are busy and overwhelmed with sits, I feel like I will be beneficial to the mods themselves and the community in general.

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator? Professional and Clear Thinker.

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished. RDM: Random Death Match, when someone kills another player for no RP reason. RDA: Random Arrest, when a police officer arrests a player for no RP reason.

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated. NLR: New Life Rule, when a player is killed and re spawns, using the same information from his last life to get revenge or break NLR rules. Another instance can be when a player is raided and printers are taken, then logs off shortly after raid to get printers back. 

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence. Information that your character is not supposed to know. An example could be an admin collects a sit and tells his friends over discord to raid the person while he keeps him in the sit.

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react? I submit a report to a higher admin.

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation? I drag the player, jail them, and message for another staff member to handle the situation until my sit is over.

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets. I tell them to stop.
