I have one warn for aRDM.

a6) Have you ever been banned? If so, explain why?

I have never been banned. Not recently.

a7) Do you have any prior staffing experience? If so, where?

I have 4000 hours on GMod and I have been Admin on 3 other DarkRP servers in the past I've also owned and managed my own server that lived for a bit. I have probably filled every position before at least once. (Including developer)

Please answer these questions with your honest opinion.
b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP?

I want to help players get the best possible experience on the server, while making it fair for everyone. Overall, I think I could improve the community with myself in this position.

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator?

I have pretty good past experience with other DarkRP Servers. I can confidently call myself a quick learner and I am very accustomed to Admin Tools, which can help me quickly make a decision on what to do in different situations and help players get back to the game as soon as possible. 

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished.

RDM (Random Deathmatch) is when a player randomly kills another without any reason. The player who violates this rule is usually given a verbal warning or a warning with the warn system the server has implemented.

RDA (Random Arrest) is when a PD Member randomly tazes, cuffs, and arrests a player for no reason. The player who violates this rule is usually given a verbal warning or a warning with the warn system the server has implemented.

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated.

NLR (New Life Role) is the period of time in which a player, who was rightfully killed, cannot return to the area of where they were killed for two minutes. The same is true for during a base raid, however, New Life Rule is active for dead players until the raid is concluded.

Ex.
While raiding a base, I end up killing a player from the opposing party, however, the player who I killed comes back to the raid and kills me. This is NLR because the player didn't wait until after the raid was over to return to their base.

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence.

Metagaming is using information that would not be possible for your character to know in game.

Ex.
A hit has been placed on my party member. The hit is completed, but I am no where around the area to see it happen, but I still know it was completed. If I were to go kill the hitman, it would be metagaming because I have no realistic way of knowing what occured.


Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react?

I wouldn't immediately confront them, instead I would clip whatever the abuse is, and let another higherup confirm the footage instead of acting on it on my own.

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation?

I would immediately jail the player who is Mass RDMing and ban them for the appropriate time so I can decrease the amount of players who were rdm'd by them. Then I would simply complete the sit I had in progress.

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets.

I would inform them that they cannot build on the street and ask them to move their props to the sidewalk. If they aren't already on the hobo job, I'd also ask them to switch to the appropriate job.
