a5) How many in-game warns do you have? I'm not exactly sure how to find this though I would be happy to report it if I'm pointed in the right direction.

a6) Have you ever been banned? If so, explain why? I was with a group that didn't cause any problems but then they decided to go out and start shooting other players and so I joined in. I realize that it wasn't cool so no I wouldn't do it again.

a7) Do you have any prior staffing experience? If so, where? N/A

Please answer these questions with your honest opinion.
b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP? There are a lot of trolls out there and everyone should be able to have an enjoyable experience, plus I love this server as it is my favorite one to join in.

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator? Hearing out both sides in people's stories, making the right decisions, and keeping the server entertaining for those who actually wish to have a good time.

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished. Random Death Match/Random Arrest: those who commit RDM should be giving a warning and/or jail time, if the problem persists they get banned for 1-2 weeks depending on the amount of people they murdered, arrested, etc.

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated. New Life Rule, when a person is killed during a raid or in general and they come right back to the location they died at before the 120 seconds is up. John Doe adverts "raid" and enters a players base killing the player in the process. Said player comes right back into his base before the 120 seconds is up and kills John Doe.

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence. Metagame is when someone, (usually out of character "OOC"), kind of rats someone out for something another person did, basically giving a person in character information about an occurrence that they may have not seen but still wants to get that person in trouble. An example of this is: John Doe is a police officer and it just so happens that Jane killed Jerry. John Doe was inside his base at the time and all he did was see what happened in chat, not the action itself. John Doe proceeds to get Jane in trouble for killing Jerry. 

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react? Try to talk to them about it and if they continue doing so report them to the admins, other moderators, forums, etc.

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation? Continue the sit and ask another moderator to help out with the situation or explain that you will be right back and jail the Mass RDM'r and then ban them for two weeks.

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets. These players are breaking the 2nd rule under the Props & Building section. It is considered fail RP and they should be asked to remove the buildings, if they don't they get a warning, further offences result in a kick/ban from the server not as severe as RDM'ing, etc.

C3) That is a form of metagaming; however, that isn't the actual definition of metagame.

D3) That isn't FailRP. If they are refusing to delete the props you can kick them and delete the props yourself. The punishment you would give seems a bit harsh for a first offense.

Personal Experiences:

I know you are on the server but I don't actually have any experiences with you. You definitely are active as I see you often but I don't interact with you.

Verdict:

Neutral. You definitely play on this server, but I don't have any personal experiences to come to a verdict that isn't neutral. I think you should continue being active and interact with the rest of the server.

After having a sit with you I have to say this, you don't know the rules that well. You tried to tell us that if the person who adverted raid adverts over that the whole raid is cancelled. And also during that sit you tried saying me convoy and another staff member were occupying your base even though we were trying to get out explosives out. I don't know if you were having a bad time already or not, but this was a negative interaction.
