yes for a year and 2 months i went from trial mod to senior admin within the wdgaf comminty from 2017 to 2018, after that i opened my own server (arcsoft gaming community / 2018 - 2019) due to them closing down and that remained up for a following year then i "retired" from gmod u could say.

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished.

Rda stands for random(this word doesnt matter) arrest, which inherently speaks for itself but u monkeys are gonna make me explain it so here ya go. its when u randomly arrest someone as police for no reason. RDM stands for random death match, also known as random killing ppl for no reason. when a individuals rda's and it is confirmed i would warn the individual then based upon their record i would ban or return them same response for rdm.

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated.

nlr stands for new life rule. which means if u die u must not return rp to the same situation as before u died. for example u get raided, and then raiders kill u. You cannot go back to ur base or rp with those individuals until timer is up. another example is

a revenge rdm situation in where say a hitman kills someone and then they return and kill hitman, not only is it rdm its nlr.

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence.

metagameing is using external factorsa outside of the game to infulence it. for example watching someones livestream to see wat they have in their base and its layout. or another example would be telling party members accross the map over discord who just killed u then they rush to "counter"

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react?

i hit the record button. no sense in complaining with no proof ppl will just lie.

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation?

tell the current sit "one moment plz" jail the mass rdmer tell him "one moment plz"(sarcastically) then return to the intial sit and wrap it up then ban the mass rdmer.

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets.

dont matter blocking off streets is a fucking nogo nor sidewalks.

Hey Orion! Thank you for applying! Here's my verdict, and my reasoning for why:
Verdict: -1
Pros: 
- No Warns
- Staffing Experience on Other Servers in the Past
Cons: 
- Mega Vaping on Chess Table last night. Lead to getting stripped by Askio.
- Seems like you put little to no effort into this Application.
- Grammar and Spelling Errors within the Application. [(ex: expierence; metagameing; wat; ppl; plz] and so on)

Comments on Sections:
- b1) As much as this is a Volunteer job, being "bored" and "needing something to do" isn't a good reason to become a Moderator in my opinion.
- b2) You claim to have experience, but don't explain what that said experience is. 
- c2) NLR for a base raid is: You can not return to the base until the raid is over. There is no timer. 
- c2) You also did not state how long the NLR timer is when explaining NLR. (120 seconds [2m])
- d3) You are meant to explain how you would handle the situation, not if you think it's allowed or not. 

Overall: You seem to be not very professional, you didn't take this application seriously so that makes me worry how you would handle staffing. It also looks you don't have a good grasp on the rules. So I do not believe you to be fit to Moderate at this current time.

Your answers to b1 and b2 make it seems like you aren’t serious about becoming a staff member.

Some areas of this application are unprofessional, for example c1 “ you monkeys are gonna make be tell you”.

For d3 you can build on sidewalks so blocking a side wall won’t be a problem unless it’s prop blocking a base entrance.

Other than those I have also rarely seen you on in the past week or 2 so I have to interactions with you so please be more active.

For some advice, try to be more active in the community so we can get a grasp on what you know. Next time to make another mod app please be at least a little more professional about it.
