a7) Do you have any prior staffing experience? If so, where? Yes I was a DVL and Head admin on Icefuse networks 

Please answer these questions with your honest opinion.
b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP? I re joined the server after a little while and 3 staff members made me remember why I love the server so I thought I would volunteer and work with them.

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator? If I were accepted I think what would make me a good moderator is my leadership experience and my ability to stay clam under pressure, I can also work will everybody. 

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished. RDM is random death match people can do this by just shooting people for no reason at all. RDA is Random arrest when a Cop or someone who can arrest is arresting someone with no valid reason.

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated. NLR is when someone dies and shows back up to the area they died. an example of this would be dying during a raid and showing back up to your base during the raid.

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence. Metagame is when you uses out of character date in character, an example of this could be someone reading something in OOC and then using it in game.

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react? I would get video proof of the higher staff member abusing there power and I would show it to someone higher then them and I would let them deal with it.

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation? I would pick the person up and freeze them have another staff member come handle the person who was mass RDMing and I would finish my sit and go help with the person that was mass rdming if it wasn't already finished 

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets. If they are hobo's that's fine but if they weren't I would ask them if they could please stop building in the streets and please go build somewhere else
