Which staff member are you reporting: Kil The Discord Mod

Please describe the staff member's unjust behavior: The (Trial) Moderator displayed favoritism towards a player while the player ( Siberia ) Was breaking a rule. He did nothing toward Siberia which can be displayed as favoritism. (They're also hanging out, which there is nothing wrong with that it's just you can't let people get away with shit if they are your friends. You feel me?

Please provide any available evidence to back your claims: I don't have any physical evidence but I'd like to have a sit down with all players involved in this Report. The Following Names: Kil The Discord Mod, Siberia, BigBoiStonk, SoftBabyXO.

Update Now Siberia is RDM'ing and the Trial Moderator (Kil The Discord Mod) is not doing anything about it

 

 

UPDATE: it isn't favoritism he just refuses to go on duty. Though he is the ONLY staff member online with a player who is breaking rules. Though staff members should have the right to remain off duty they also have an obligation to the server and to reduce rule breaking in which this case he is doing nothing for a player who is breaking several server rules. RDM, FailRP, Etc. I feel he is being negligent to the remaining player base (Its late) and is lacking a certain quality a staff member should show. The staff member shows no interest in making the player experience better. I would like a full review of his performance as a staff member as now the annoyance is now not just the player fucking with me and my Wife but now it is the Trial-Moderator not doing his fucking job. I wanted to be off duty yes we were talking I also had told him not to steal the car without adverting told him to advert before, You had put a sit saying RDM i did see that but i figured it wasn't a huge deal because i see tickets like that on a daily basis I want to actually have fun on the server and roleplay not just be staff on duty

also why would I have favoritism towards a person I just met?, this makes no sense he's a new player too also be added he is being permabanned for attempting to exploit the server

MacNCheeseey, please keep in mind that there is no obligation for a staff member to go on duty. Staff have the right to roleplay, and don't have to be constantly taking tickets, and they don't have to stop roleplaying to handle mass rdm. Moderators initially joined the server with the intention to roleplay, and later worked their way up to being a staff member. It isn't right to take away their right to roleplay as they see fit. There's nothing wrong with "doing his fucking job", because in reality, he doesn't have to. If he wants to get on and play the server the way it's intended instead of moderation, that's Aye OK. Please try to show a little bit more consideration towards the staff team, and understand that you are not entitled to having a staff member help you at all times. They are people too, and deserve having the right to play unbothered, just like you.
