a7) Do you have any prior staffing experience? If so, where?

I have had no experience staffing on Gmod, however I have made multiple Minecraft servers for people. Aswell as staffed in Minecraft. I have experience with consoles.

Please answer these questions with your honest opinion.
b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP?

I actually care about the server. This server is the only darkrp server I play. 

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator?

I would listen to both my superiors and the players on the server to make the community  follow the rules but also have fun while playing.

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished.

RDM/RDA is when one player kills another player for the sake of killing. typically people that RDM should be given a warn then be caged for 2 minutes while they read the MOTD.

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated.

NLR is when a player dies and re spawns, anything that happens in the life before is if it didn't happen. While playing I have noticed that most NLR happen when someone is raiding and the defender dies. typically the defender of the base would come back to kill the raiders.

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence.

Meta gaming is when a player uses external software's or stuff to communicate rather the games set environments. An example would be someone telling a friend who is at spawn that they are being raided rather then using the in game direct message system to warn them.

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react?

I would immediately contact a different higher up so that they can resolve the problem. I would also send proof to that higher up of them abusing there powers.

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation?

I would cage them finish the sit i'm currently dealing with then proceed to deal with the RDMer. However if there was another mod online I would message them about the RDMer and ask them to handle it while I was in the sit.

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets.

I would ask them to move there buildings to inside of a building. However if they were a Hobo I would let them be.

Looks like barely any effort was put in for example c1 you didn't provide a answer to RDA only RDM, Another thing is that hobo's can not build on the street only on sidewalks and I've only seen you on maybe 1 or 2 times a week.
