Yes, for a year I was SuperAdmin (3rd highest) in a server called NeonLink. Owned 2 different Gmod darkrp servers both for a year. Have owned a unturned server also and been staff on one for 2 months Please answer these questions with your honest opinion. b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP? just got back into computer gaming and wanted to play some darkrp, then I found XenoRP and y’all needed staff b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator? I don’t lie. I’m 100% honest. I can get on whenever but am usually extremely active. Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions: c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished. RDM - Random Death Match, Randomly attacking another player for no reason. If 1st or 2nd time, warning, if 3rd time 3 Day Ban For MRDM RDA - Random Arrest, Randomly arresting players for no reason If 1st or 2nd time, warning, if 3rd time 1Day Ban for MRDA c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated. NLR is New Life Rule, when you die you cannot use knowledge from before you died to affect how you play on that life. Example: if some one calls a hit on you and you die, figure out who called the hit. Your not allowed to target that person because the knowledge of the hit was from your last life c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence. Meta game is using knowledge from OOC That you wouldn’t normally know Please explain how you would handle each of these situations: d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react? Contact server owner d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation? Jail then ontop a roof. Then deal with them after the current sit d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets. This is fine unless people start to join and RP, Raid, Drugs, Etc. You need to catch up on the rules. Also, we don't need staff (we're still accepting however) we have 19 moderators at this point in time.
