Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished. RDM is when a player randomly executes another player. RDA is when a player randomly arrests another player. These happens without reasons, and againts the rules. The way i would punish these, depends on the situation. If the player in-case is being rude and disrespectfull i wouldnt hesitated to give them a written warning. If it was something smaller as a mistake and the player is being respectfull and knowlegde his/hers actions i would do a oral warning.

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated. NLR stands for New Life Rule, what this rule indicates is for players not to come back to where they last died. If they come back to they're location where they died and purposly dont care about the rule, that is what i would call when its violated. But if a player who recently died, and wants to go somewhere else, and the only way to do so is to go past where they last died, i would not see this as violated, only if they intend to keep moving and respect the NLR Rule.

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence. Metagame is when a player use a "out of characted information" to get out of trouble/avoid sudden raids/mugs etc. The best example which explains its occurrence is the one you developers has put on your motd "Your character may not use information beyond their realistic knowledge." this basically explains itself.

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react? I would've told the person responsibly privately and quietly to show respect. If the person doesnt follow and shows no intend to stop abusing. I would take it futher with someone of the same rank.

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation? I would simply and quickly jail the Mass RDM'er and tell the player im currently in a sit with to wait til i've handled the situation.

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets. If they're trying to create new bases/ideas, i would let them. If they are just messing around and spamming props etc i would first tell them oraly to stop, if they wouldnt i would give them a written warning. It all depends on how they act and what they do in the range of building in the streets. Though if building in the streets are highly forbidden at all times, i would tell them to stop and take it futher from there if they wont listen.
