No i have not but i do like to watch sits and learn.

Please answer these questions with your honest opinion.
b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP?

I want to volunteer because there is usually barely any staff online and when i see someone that need help i no that i cant assist them because i don't have the power to do so, and when players join the server i always want them to have the best gaming experience while they are role playing and and from experience from sits i no how to handle the situations.

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator?

The fact that i interact with the other players and i can communicate with the players logically,and people come on here just to minge they have no intent to role play, And i wanna make the xenoRP experience better when the players are role playing and i just want to provide the best role playing experience and i know the motd pretty good.

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished.

RDM is when a player kills another player for no reason and there are several types of RDM like [Mass RDM/Revenge RDM] RDA is when a swat/cop arrests you for no reason.              If someone is mass RDMing it will be a 2 week ban or just RDM/RDA it will be warn/VERBAL WARN.

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated.

NLR [NEW LIFE RULE] NLR is used to prevent unfair advantages [EX: A player raid the other players base and kills him and that player returns back to there recent location/base with out waiting the appropriate time of 120 seconds or 2 minutes or when the raid is over this will be a warn/verbal.

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence.

Metagame, Is when Not RP information in their RolePlay experience to collect information or perform actions differently unaware to their Roleplay character, metagaming happens when players use knowledge they would not have collected have during RP [EX:Swat is raiding a base because a player said in OOC there are printers/miners in that base, SWAT is raiding for the printer but he/she did not see the printers, someone said in OOC chat they had it.

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react?

I would go back record everything he is doing make sure he does not know i am recording, And after a little while i will provide the footage/proof to someone higher then him so he can talk to the person that's abusing his powers so he can get demoted or even banned.

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation?

I would jail/freeze the RDMer to stop him from continuing RDMing the other players, So then i would ban him for 2 weeks for mass RDMing then go back to my sit and i would apologize and i would finish my sit.

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets.

Unless there hobos but they can only build on sidewalks i would politely ask them to stop and if they don't stop building on the streets i would have to warn.
