Please answer these questions with your honest opinion.
b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP? I jump on the server and I hadnt been on it for long and I noticed everyone was RDM each other and there didn't appear to be any admins around on the server and I would like to help the server out by being an admin.

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator? If I became admin I would no clip around the world and monitor how others were acting/behaving on the server.  I believe this is important for everyone on the server to be treated fairly and I would always listen to both sides of the story before taking action. I would be a good moderator because I am open minded and I would like everyone to have a great experience on the server.

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished.

RDM stands for Random Deathmatch, or basically killing without a reason. The player who has killed another player should be warned for their actions.

RDA stands for Random Assert. s RDA is when a cop/swat/or any other class as a government with arrest batons arrest others without a valid reason. The player who has killed arresting another player should be warned for their actions.

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated.

NLR is New Life Rule, you can't go to the area where you died for 2 minutes. an example is going back to an area where you were killed this includes talking to people when you go back into the area this is an example of violated

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence.

Metagaming is a term used in role-playing games, which describes a player's use of real-life knowledge concerning the state of the game to determine their character's actions.. The example is someone higher up in the story is going to be shot but your character has no knowledge of this.

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react? You report it on the forums and you would record it and send it to the owner of the server or a higher up that is higher than him and tell them what you saw with the video or screenshots

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation? you freeze the person that's doing the mass RDM or jail once you have finished a previous sit if you are engaged in you when bring the MassRDMing to you - by teleporting and then deal with the situation.

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets. you tell the people with the buildings  to please remove these building as it is breaking the server rules and if they do not agree to remove the building the admin can you their tool gun to remove the building.

Pros: None

Cons: Banned once, Lacking a lot of Grammar, Seems not the right age of Applying

Conclusion: Hello, Wildmaniac I am sorry t6o say that I am giving you a -1 because you seem to be not the age for this and how it is worded and you have been banned before so it kinda concerns me and it looks like you did not put any effort into your Mod-App and you are lacking a lot of Grammar so I suggest you should wait 2 weeks and Re-Apply.

PS: You cannot Apply for Admin only Moderator.
