I was an admin on a StarwarsRP server named Legitimate it has sadly shut down and where I spent most of my hours on GMOD.

b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP?

I work from home so I'm usually on the server when I can be and I'm on and don't see many mods on so I think I can respond to problems quickly and properly  

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator?

I think I could make this server much better, I enjoy RP and goofing around without breaking the rules I can be like in and out of RP and make this server much more welcoming.

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished.

RDM, or Random Death Match is a term used when a player kills another player without reason within RP. RDA or Random Arrest is used when a police or a higher up falsely arrests you without good reason or within RP. Punishment should lead to a warn at first, if it happens more kick and if happened EVEN more result in a ban.

c 2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated.

NLR or New Life Rule is the rule that a player cannot return to a place of death for a predetermined amount of time, in this case 120 seconds. A player can not return to the raid until it is over and returning to a raid immediately after dying to stop the raiders is an example of this.

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence.

Knowing things that a character in that scenario would not be able to know, also including things like going out to sell illegal items or other such examples, to provide examples one would have to be knowing somebody is a thief or a meth dealer and arresting them without any illegal actions done.

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react?

Start to record it for proof, and report it to a higher up if they are available. If nobody else is available, try to calm them down and fix any damage that's been damaged

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation?

Stop the current sit, instantly stop the RDMer. After stopping and punishing the RDMer go back to the other sit

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets.

ask the players nicely that they cant build on the street and then tell them if they want to build near the street they can go hobos and build on the sidewalk, if they dont listen id give them a warn and if it keeps happening too much eventually kicking them and maybe even ban if it gets that bad
