        Four.

a6) Have you ever been banned? If so, explain why?
          I was banned off one server for rdm, I was banned because they marked it as mass rdm.

a7) Do you have any prior staffing experience? If so, where?

  No, but I wish to start here.

Please answer these questions with your honest opinion.

b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP?

    I’ve thought about what it would be like to be an admin.

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator?

   I would be friendly with people and provide lookout to anyone breaking the rules of the server.

 

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished.
  RDM - Random Death Match. “A random attack on another player.”  (Warn)
  RDA - Random Arrest. “A random arrest on another player.” (Warn)

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated.
  NLR is when one is raiding someone’s base and is killed, than comes back and kills the player raiding.
Example: Steve advertises “raid” in the chat and kills Marry who was the owner of the base, Marry than comes back and kills Steve.

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence.
  Lucas mugs Harry and Harry get killed.
Johnny a police officer looks in the kill feed and arrests Lucas.

 

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:

d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react?
  I’d report it to the higher ups and have them deal with it.

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation?

 I’d teleport the player involved to me and have him explain what he was doing, if he gives a reasonable explanation with proof I let him go, if he cannot provide any evidence on his side would ban him for one week.

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets.
  I’d remind them that they cannot do that, but not give out a warning or a ban.

Hey Rev thanks for applying 

Pros: Have seen you before

Cons: Vaguely knows rules, No prior staffing experience, Has 4 warnings that were just given, Banned for mass RDM, D2) Punishment is incorrect, Have had previous problems with you.

Suggestion: Play a little more and reapply in a little bit when you show your more mature and you know the rules better
