This was more of a server suggestion ig, but was easier to portray the issue with using the instance that happened in game. I do not want any of these members to get in trouble for this, but I did want to shed some light on the issue of staff stopping vote kicks and not doing anything to fix the issue at hand. I think that some revision of the motd regarding votekicks is the best way to fix this issue.

Wouldn't you technically be considered 'away' as you were not on duty actively taking tickets. With this mindset a staff member could just sit there online while the server is in absolute chaos and just continuously stop votekicks bc they are "online" . (Completely hypothetical) "Although some of us were not "On-Duty" at the time of the votekicks, we did handle the tickets after going on duty." The first votekick I saw in chat was stopped by Ferrit and meep then complained that you guys weren't taking his tickets. Did you personally deal with meep's sit? There was 3 separate votekicks that I personally saw in chat, and out of the three the last one finally got dealt with because there was multiple people complaining in chat that staff shouldn't be stopping the votekick if they are not going to do anything about it.

Most times this is not a used command as there is typically always a staff member on the server. However, when there are staff members online that are roleplaying I believe that donators should still be able to votekick player bc there isnt a staff to handle the situation. Meep had made a ticket that was never responded to and never got a sit to handle his issue, so instead meep made a votekick for the player that was breaking nlr. Two staff members stopped the vote, but still never did anything about the situation. I understand that staff have the ability to stop vote kicks, but it has come to a point where they basically just do it to flaunt their powers. In my opinion, if a staff member wants to just roleplay and not take tickets users should still be able to votekick others without a staff member just stopping it for fun. Whereas if they are going to stop votekicks so a user cant kick another person for breaking a rule then they should go on duty and actually handle the situation. It is very aggravating to see staff just stop votes without dealing with the problem at hand. I understand if it is a false kick, but the pictures below show that it was not. Lastly, I believe that Meep's ticket finally got handled after I repeatdly asked if any staff was going to do something about it and stated "if you are going to stop votes you should be actually moderating the server "So yall are stopping a vote but not handling the situation?" Please provide any available evidence to back your claims: Law 6 is against the rules as it allows people to aos anyone that they claim is using slander. Law 7 is against the rules because there is no physical way to make it across the map in 10 seconds making it so cops can just arrest anyone. Edit: Brian has also been asked but another moderator to remove the laws as it is against the rules which was confirmed by Gibby.

I am only responding bc you mentioned me, but you started grouping everyone together and failed to even give legitimate sits to people you were punishing. You even punished another player, because he was "a part of our group" be it that he didnt even due the thing you got onto him for.

You watched who grappled you the whole time, and the whole thing about kil giving me a gun is bc i complained that I lost a gun. Just bc i am compensated doesn't justify you not being punished.
