a6) Have you ever been banned? If so, explain why? Nopeee

a7) Do you have any prior staffing experience? If so, where? Indeed I do, I staffed for a server called RetributionRP

Please answer these questions with your honest opinion.
b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP? Eh Bored I guess, Regular RP is boring. Honestly don't even actually wanna be staff, But seeing as quite a bit of people complain as it is about the status of the staff team not having to take sits an leaving minge's to mess around and make the server boring to play. I thought I'd attempt ha ha.

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator? Id actually take sits haha, I mean i play from sun up to sun down. I don't really got a life ya know

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished.

RDM: Random Death Match

Tim walks out of spawn and shoots Bill because he doesn't like his shoes/ AKA Killing another player without a valid RP reason

RDA: Random Arrest

Phil goes an arrests Tim (a citizen) in spawn for talking too much/ AKA Arresting another play without a valid RP reason following the current laws

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated.

NLR: New Life Rule

Phil mugs Tim for 5k but he doesn't get the money so Phil kills Tim, Tim goes straight back to his place of death and starts insulting Phil

AKA That you must not return to the place you died, remember your previous life or take revenge on your killer.NLR  can vary server to server so you should always check the MOTD on NLR

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence.

Metagame: The action when one transfers RP events to non role play events.

Such as Phil hearing meth cooking in someones base so he warrants them for it.

or

Tim sees Phil mug Bill over advert so he warrants him for it despite not witnessing the event

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react? Record all events, An take it to the forums.

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation? Jail the player and finish your sit, If said players follows up by disconnecting then grab his/her steam ID an ban them/send to higher up to ban. If said player stays then make sure it was for sure a act of MRDM and ban as such/send to high up to ban.

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets.

Politely ask the the two said players to switch to the correct job (Hobo/Hobo Lord) as well as ask to take it off the street.

Pros: Seems like a good player, although I have only interacted with you few times before.

Cons: B1 and B2 are not "acceptable" if that makes sense. I would like to see dedication to becoming staff, not just because RP is boring.

Conclusion: Straight neutral. I have no reason to -1 because all seems good, but a +1 seems like a bit over what I would like to see of this application.
