Very much, I was a co-owner on a large server “Orange Gaming RP”, I’ve owned several of my own servers, and have been moderator in too many servers to count. (I started “moderating” darkrp gmod servers in 2015.)

 

b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP?
   

Why not? The server has a lot of enjoyable features, I think I fit the community pretty well, and “moderating” is just some of the stuff I like to do. I believe I could be a valuable member of the staff, especially when there are times that no staff member is on and some player is wreaking havoc, (which rarely happens) could just be all the less likely.

 

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator?

 

My balance of leniency and strict. I don’t think I’m the most laid back guy ever who will let someone off with say MASS RDM with a small warning, but I also don’t have a stick down my back.

 

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished.

RDM, “Random Death Match” is when a player kills another player for non rp or no reason at all. RDA, “Random Arrest” is when a player that has the ability to arrest or handcuff arrests or handcuffs another player for a non rp reason or no reason at all.   
 

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated.

NLR (New Life Rule) is a rule that prevents actions of say “revenge raiding”, or say you’ve been raided and you run back to your base and kill the players before the time given, that is “breaking NLR.” As well as remembering your killer if you die or remembering anything from your previous life. (term varies server to server, this is the definition of NLR I've known. if wrong then I have no mind in learning.)

 

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence.

Taking information you get from non-rp sources, say OOC chat or a kill log and use it in rp that is considered RP. For instance, if someone says in ooc a question about money printers, a cop cannot request a warrant on them for having money printers.

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:

 

d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react?

Hop on discord and message another higher up while trying to talk to talk the other higher up out of doing whatever they are doing.
 

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation?

Ask the player to patiently wait here, if they don’t seem like they’ll corporate I’d just jail them then go handle the situation.
 

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets.
Go to them and ask them what they’re doing. With only being 2 players online and both of them not hurting anyone, I’d verbally warn them and ask them to stop what they’re doing and clean it all up. Maybe referring them to the “hobo’ job which is allowed to build on the street (with restrictions ofcourse.)

Having only 100 hours on gmod, but saying you have had "so many staffing experiences" you cannot count, I do not believe that is truthful. However i would encourage you to reapply in 2 weeks
