Please answer these questions with your honest opinion.
b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP?

I want to volunteer for XenoRP because I appreciate how much effort the current moderators are putting in. I want to have the opportunity to do the same for the server. 

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator?

I would definitely do my best when it comes to helping people resolve any problem what so ever. So yes, I do think I'll make a good moderator.  
Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished.

RDM, also known as "Random Death Match" is when someone falsely kills someone with no given reason. RDA, also known as "Random Arrest" is when someone is falsely arrested with no given reason. Whoever committed RDM/RDA should be warned or banned based on weather it was Mass RDM/RDA. 

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated.

NLR, also known as "New Life Rule" is when someone dies, and is no longer allowed to use any previous knowledge from that life. Here's an instance in which it is violated. You are a gun dealer; selling guns to someone. All of a sudden that person decides to raid and kill you. Later on you approach that person again, trying to buy guns from you; you then seek revenge and kill them before anything happens. 

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence.

Metagame means you are using information outside of the roleplay experience. For example, you are in a voice call with your friend; you guys are in different bases. All of a sudden your friend starts to get raided, so he calls for your help over discord. If you decide to help your friend because of information gathered on voice call, this would be considered Metagaming. 
Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react?

Gather evidence, record the staff member, and report the evidence to another higher up. 

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation? 

Jail the Mass Rdm'er, and contact another staff member who can handle them. It's not professional to leave the current sit; since all staff members should work as a team. That's the way I think it should be. 

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets.

Acknowledge them that they cannot build on the street, and recommend that they should either A) Become a hobo to build on sidewalks. Or B) become any other role to build inside a house.
