I have no warnings in-game and plan to keep it that way.

No I have not been banned before

a7) Do you have any prior staffing experience? If so, where?

I do have prior experience in DarkRP servers, I was an admin on Chaos Network DarkRP. I have also been Head of Staff on a StarWarsRP server that a few friends and I started but It sadly went down a few months ago It was called AeroRP.
Please answer these questions with your honest opinion.
b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP?

There are a few reasons why I want to volunteer for XenoRP. The first is that I've been playing on this server for a while now and have met most players in Xeno's community and I think its a great server. Second reason is that when I'm on the server I always seem to see player's complaining about their tickets not being taken quick enough (This has happened a few times to me as well). My final reason is that I just like to solve others problems and actually enjoy doing sits.

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator?

I think what would make a good moderator is that I basically have no life. What I mean by this is that I'm playing on XenoRP most of the day. Also back when I was a staff member on other servers I liked being on Duty most of the time. My prior staffing experience would definitely help me to be a good moderator because I'm already pretty familiar with the ulx menu and dealing out punishments. Another factor that would make me a good candidate is that I wouldn't be biased to one side in a sit just because I know one of players. I'd say I'm good with people like being able to tell when a minge is lying about doing something they weren't supposed to. 
Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished.

RDM means Random Deathmatch. RDM happens when one player randomly decides that they want to do harm upon another player for no good reason. The player accused of RDM would be warned the first time . If they continued to RDM a second time they would get some time in a jail accompanied by another warn. The third offence would result int the RDM'er being banned. RDA is Random Arrest. This occurs when a member of the police force arrest a player for no reason at all. The first time the RDA'er would be warned. A second offence would get the RDA'er a nice 2x1 room(jailed) and a warn. A third time would get them a nice vacation away from XenoRP(ban).

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated.

NLR is New Life Rule. NLR can be violated by players that die and go back to the location where they dies at before the 2 minute NLR time is over. Players violate this rule by them getting killed while being raided and they go back to their base to go kill the raider. This rule can also be violated by players using information they learned in their past life like if a cop has a warrant for someone with money clickers and the cop gets killed they shouldn't know that information anymore.

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence.

Metagaming is when a player uses outside information into their roleplay. An example is if a cop sees someone kill another player in the kill feed they can't go and arrest the killer because they did not see anything happen with their own eyes ingame. Another occurrence is when a player is getting mugged and they advert it in chat they can't just place a a warrant on the mugger because they have to see it happening.
Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react?

First I would try to get some video evidence of the higher up abusing then I'd ask them what they think they are doing and try to get them to stop. Then I would try to contact someone higher up than them on the discord and send them the video evidence of said abuse happening.

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation?

I would first jail the Mass RDM'er then I would try to finish up the sit that I'm in as fast as possible. Only when my current sit is done I would then go deal with the Mass RDM'er because I wouldn't want to make the players wait because some Idiot decided to go and kill everyone they see.

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets.

I would try to be cool about it but firm. I'd tell them populated or not your not allowed to build on the streets. If they won't listen then I'd start handing out warnings and jail them until they delete the props. If they continue to not comply with the simple orders then I would dish out a ban for the players building on the street. If you let someone break the rules once they will think its perfectly fine to do it again.
