Do you have any prior staffing experience? If so, where? I have lots. From a Co-Owner on a server MythicalGG RP a while back we had 40 people at one point but that ended due to not being able to afford the server and the owner never being on to help add stuff to keep it fresh. And on another server called Inferno Gaming RP I worked my way up to super admin and was there until the server died out because nobody liked the owner. Also I was an admin on a server called Mythic-RP and staffed for multiple other servers.

Please answer these questions with your honest opinion.

b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP? To be honest I joined the server earlier and i saw that there was a guy prop blocking spawn and no staff were on and felt bad for the people on the server that just wanted to Role-Play and have fun. So I made the app so that I can help get rid of the trolls that want to sabotage there fun and get rid of them for good. I want to help as many people using all the experience iv'e from the dark-RP servers that I've staffed on and I am home-schooled so i can be on all the time.          

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator? The experience iv'e gained from the sits i did. I have been in hundreds of sits on Inferno Gaming i had like 200+ sits. That's because I never got off duty I would be on that server until like 2:00am and on the weekend 4:00am and i was on XenoRP till 6:00am when there's no staff on and like 5 people on.  I also know my way around the ULX Command menu and when to warn or ban people. Players in sits sometimes find ways to Break the Rules and get away with it example: A Player goes up to a random Player and false warns guy to back away in chat just to kill him. When he gets reported for rdm unless there was a witness he wouldn't be warned because there's no evidence (proof). If that ever happens  I would do everything I can to find evidence like listen to the attitude to the vibe that they give off and most importantly check how many warns they have if they have a high number the chances are i will believe the player who said they got rd-med.

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished. R-D-M is an acronym that stands for Random Death-match. Meaning that if somebody were to kill with no rp reason they would have committed RDM. Example: If a gun dealer just gets a gun and kills someone that gun dealer just killed someone with no RP reason that player would receive their first warning. And if that player continues to commit RDM  they would receive some jail time with another second warn and their third time would be a ban because if the offender is persistent and wont stop they have no intent to rp and should be banned for 2 weeks. RDA stands for Random Arrest if a cop (player) were to Arrest someone out of their own free will, I would warn them for their first offence if they do it again they will receive another warning with some jail time. Their third RDA offence would result in a ban for 2 weeks.  

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated. NLR stands for New-Life-Rule It basically means that you can't go back to where you died for 120 seconds and cant use info that you gained from your previous life for 120 secs. 2 examples of breaking NLR could be if a player tried raiding a base and failed and that player got frustrated so they went back to try and raid it again this is breaking nlr by using the info of base location from their previous life. Another example of this could be if i cop were to search a players base with a warrant and die they have to forget about that warrant. If that player were to go back to the location base location they would be breaking nlr because they can't go back to the location of their death for 120 seconds.  

c3) Define "meta-game" and provide examples of its occurrence. Meta-game or Meta-gaming is when someone uses info outside 5 the in game. An example of this would be if a player role-playing as a cop where to see a kidnap advert they player can't make a warrants on that other player role-playing as the kidnapper that would be meta-gaming because he's taking information that he didn't see with his own eyes. My second example could be if a thief is in discord with the friend and in a party with another player and that thief were to tell hes friend the code to the base or any valuable info that would be considered as meta-game also.

 

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:

d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react? I have been in this situation before and made they mistake of not recording it and getting a strike. So now when I see this happening i'm very cautious. I would try to get evidence of that higher up abusing then I would tell that higher up politely to stop and then proceed to tell a higher-up above the one abusing on discord and send them the recording of the staff member abusing.

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation? First I would jail the mass Rdm'er then I would finish up the sit that I was doing. Then proceed to take action with the Rdm'er I don't think it's fair to the player that I was in the sit with to have to wait because of some minge that wants to mass RDM.

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets. I would be polite at first and ask them to stop then if they carry on i would give them warns and jail time along with forcing them to get rid of their props and if they still aren't listening I will give them a ban for not listening and building on the street. I am always neutral i'm not going to let a player thinks its OK to go along and break server rules.
