a7) Do you have any prior staffing experience? If so, where? I Have a couple server's worth of staffing experience, although this is throughout 6475+ hours of gmod, i understand ULX quite thoroughly.

Servers I've Staffed on:

SaintsRP: Was A Moderator(was fired due to inactivity)

RenegadeRP: Was An Administrator until Owner of server aggravated the entire staff team with new rule changes, causing many of us to leave.

(i also administrated and was a gamemaster on a CloneWarsRP  Server, but i wouldn't think you guys would care enough to take that into account) 

Please answer these questions with your honest opinion.
b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP? I thought as if you guys could use some more staff on duty all the time, I'm starting to lose interest in the RP aspect of the server, so I'd mainly be focusing on monitoring and moderating the server as a whole.

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator?

I am a humble and active player within the community for the past week, and have a pretty good understanding of the rules, my ULX experience is somewhat extensive,  and I chose to not hold a bias against anyone who has any amount of warns. I strive to follow rules and would be as efficient as possible in enforcing them.

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished.

RDM is code for "Random Deathmatch" or to randomly attack another player, resulting in the players health decreasing, such as Punching a random Hobo, or Blasting away the Mayor with a Double Barrel. Players who Commit this act are to be likely warned/kicked/banned, depending on the amount of damage done and players killed.

RDA means "Random Arrest", or if a Law Enforcement Job, Arrests a player without reason, and Makes the victim sit in a sell for 200 seconds. Players who commit such acts are to likely be warned/kicked, as it isn't as serious as a RDM.

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated.

NLR is code for "New Life Rule", a rule placed into most Dark RP Servers, meaning you cannot return to the place you have died for an extended amount of time, or use the prior experience to spark an attack with the former Killer(s)

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence.

Metgame is to use out of character information to take advantage of another player(s). For instance:

Mike is a hitman, He has accepted a Hit on the Mayor,

Mike walks into the PD, and is instantly shot by the Mayor, with no initiation or reason, but only that it says "Hit Accepted" above his head. This is Metagaming.

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react?

I would report it to the individual who is their supervisor/senior. Abusing administration powers is too serious to the server to allow for more than a couple minutes.

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation?

Jail the individual, Causing him to be stuck in place, then finish the current sit I was in. Once I've finished, I would then deal with the Mass RDMer with the punishments needed.

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets.

Tell them to make sure they clean it up when the server populates. Got to remember to have some fun, as long as it doesn't effect other players in any way.
