a6) Have you ever been banned? If so, explain why? Yes, one for "being a homo", said by Xecory, and two for covering up my bitcoin miners while building, I got caught because he raided me.

a7) Do you have any prior staffing experience? If so, where? No I do not, I would love to get the chance.

b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP? I want to volunteer because I love this server, it gives me happiness when im sad, and I also hate people breaking rules.

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator? To do the job right no matter what.

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished. RDM or Random Death Match, when a player kills you for no role play reason, I would !warn the person who RDM'd and if its mass RDM I would ban. RDA or Random Arrest, when a police,swat, or anyone else with an arrest baton arrests someone for no role play reason, I would !warn the person who RDA'd and if its mass RDA I would ban.

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated. NLR or New Life Rule, people break this rule when they die they go right back the same place they died, usually out of spite.

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence. Metagame is when a player uses real life knowledge in the game, an example is when a player finds a way to gain money abnormally inside the game.

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react? I would ban him

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation? I would jail him

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets. I would warn them

c3: Metagame is when someone uses outside knowledge that they dont gain from rp. For ex. If you were a hitman, someone in your discord telling you where your hit is on the map. Not gaining money in an abnormal way

d1: This person is a "higher up", you cant just simply ban him without reason stated or evidence gathered.

Conclusion: If you kept your warns down and put more effort into your application you would be more qualified.

Also you have two bans, one was two years ago for Mass RDM. The other was a week and a half ago for RDM in a sit, Not "one for "being a homo", said by Xecory, and two for covering up my bitcoin miners while building"
