Which staff member are you reporting: Derpza

Please describe the staff member's unjust behavior: Basically, Derpza had a base with a few other party members which had nothing in it and only a KOS sign. I ran in, died and sat outside the rest of the time. Next, everything starts getting crazy. People NLRing and RDMing left and right. Not to mention, some of the party members didn't even own the door. Yes, they were added to the door but they never bought it, therefore its not their base to defend.  Not only was Derpza NLRing a ton, but he was also permitting other people to RDM and NLR as well. TEFFA, another mod sees in the kill feed that something is going wrong so he TP's to handle it. A few seconds after, Derpza switches to his MOD job and completely dismisses TEFFA as if there was nothing wrong going on by saying he made a party to stop it or something which I didn't really get. 

TL;DR: Derpza pretty much Mass NLR'd and permitted others to do so as well. (see vid below)

Please provide any available evidence to back your claims: 

Yes, there were other people NLRing and RDMing, I only choose to report Derpza because, 1: He is a moderator who should know better. 2: He was allowing people to do it.

Ok, I admit, I got very out of hand, I was messing around with a couple friends, and once I realized that it was very out of hand I made a party with my friends and added them to the doors. I apologize for this. It got way out of hand, I had intended for it to just be with a few of my friends, but once I realized that several other people got involved, I tried to end it. It shows in the video that two people were killing outside of the base, which I was trying to tell them to keep it in the base, I was trying to have some fun with my friends, and once it was out of hand I tried my best to control it, which after I added them to the party and doors it did die down.

Again I apologize if this ruined your rp experience, I was trying to control the two players who were killing outside of the base and involving more players.

I dismissed teffa because Earl aka Taymor was mainly killing us, the people who were ok with it. Once it got out of hand I told them to stop and made a party to prevent them from causing more mayhem.

I am sincerely sorry for this, I won't do this again, I figured that my friends would keep it in the base, which they did until cops and other players got involved.
