a7) Do you have any prior staffing experience? If so, where? yes i had military rank on Modgeys server (you know that youtuber)

Please answer these questions with your honest opinion.
b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP? To gain experience with working with others and as a way of giving back to the community. I would like to utilize my interests and skills by assisting in the volunteercommunity. I believe volunteering makes a difference in all lives who participate. Because I like working with others and to gain more experince. and i think its a good way to socialise with friends  

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator? if i was to be a moderator i would fit in well as if there was something wrong i would take care of it. i take pride in my work as i work very hard to make things right. 

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished. RDM means Random Death Match and RDA Means Were yoy get arrested for no reason if caught attempting/doing these things will cause a warn

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated.  NLR is New Life Rule, it's meant to keep you away from the area of your death for a set amount of time. people get killed and run straight back admins never get them but i will get a couple 

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence. someones using knowledge that there character E.G if a police officer hears meth being cooked they can not warent that house as they have not seen the stove or the meth

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations: 
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react? Record it and text the owner once the owner has replied send him the footage and let him take it from there

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation?  i would instantly give them all a 2 week ban 

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets. tell them they cant build in the streets and tell them that hobos can live on the side of the street and if they do it again ill have to warn them

PROS:

No Bans

CONS:

Was Warned | C1: No Punishments. | C2: Define "set amount of time", also the bit you added at the end is false. | C3: Took the definition straight from Wikipedia. | D2: If it were mass RDM, it would be an instant 2 week ban. | I've only seen you once.

CONCLUSION:

Overall, your Application has quite a few mistakes. I've also only ever seen you on one time and during that time, you and your buddies were using illegal materials in your base. Maybe fix up the Application and be more active and I may just change my rating.
