Please answer these questions with your honest opinion.
b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP? Well I understand how annoying rule breakers (pests) can be. I am straight to the point so nobody can really bargain with me as long as I have solid evidence that they broke rules.

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator? People normally get along with me as I don't go out of my way to make anyone dislike me, I don't let anything slide.

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished. RDM (Random Death Match) is defined by the reason behind a kill, if it wasn't warranted and it was not a hit then it is RDM. RDA is almost the same thing but it deals with Arresting players. Players committing RDM or RDA should be banned immediately.

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated. NLR (New Life Rule) is when you return to the place you were recently killed at to either (A) Get revenge on someone who killed you (whether it was RDM or not). (B) Collect anything that could be picked up by another player. It is against the rules to return to where you were killed within the given time. EXAMPLE: A player kills another player, the player that was killed then returns to kill the other player immediately after spawning.

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence. Metagaming is when a player watches OOC chat to look for players adverting a Mug or Raid, they then base a warrant or wanted status off the message instead of seeing the crime with their own eyes. EXAMPLE: A player adverts a raid, Another player with a Law enforcement job then sets the raiding player to "wanted" because they adverted a raid, even though they didn't see the raid themselves.

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react? I would contact staff with a higher power than them to have them handled.

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation? If the sit is long and involves me directly I will contact another staff member to handle it. If the sit can be handled easily by another staff member I will ask them to step in for me (that is if the situation needs to be handled immediately). Alternatively I could freeze the players in the sit so I could handle the other situation without letting any of the players in the sit escape.

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets. At first I would give them a warning, if they refuse to listen I would kick them, and if they join back and start to build in the street again I will ban them immediately.
