Please answer these questions with your honest opinion.
b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP?

I decided to volunteer for this application so I can help out with the server's problems, I like to help other's and have the experience of a moderator.

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator?

I'm a respectful type of person that got that skill from my other volunteering job, Sudbury 2912 royal Canadian army cadet's. I keep my calm in tuff situations and I also help my moms friend with house employment.

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished.

RDM: random death matching. RDA: random death matching. People who brake these rules ruins the fun for others

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated.

NLR: new life rule. if some one dies in a raid and comes back, it makes it harder for the people that are raiding or defending. also it gets anoying after awhile

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence.

Metagaming or game about the game is any approach to a game that transcends or operates outside of the prescribed rules of the game, uses external factors to affect the game, or goes beyond the supposed limits or environment set by the game.

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react?

I would get a mate to record it and report that player for admin abuse.

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation?

I would gather some evidence of that person Mass RDMing and then contact the admin or If I was a mod I would bring him to me and freez him then bann him for 2weaks.

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets.

I would warn them and tell them on what and what you aren't allowed to do.

Overall, this Application looks pretty rushed. Not only that but most of your answers are wrong and or under detailed. It is also pretty obvious that by the way you typed this out, it seems you may be under the age of 15. I've also never seen you before.
