a7) Do you have any prior staffing experience? If so, where? I have a lot of prior staffing experience on discord servers, such as Blicky's, (5500+ members) IIS, (250+ members) and a lot more discord servers. My job was to moderate the chats and make sure no one was fighting/breaking the rules.

Please answer these questions with your honest opinion.
b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP? I want to volunteer to work for XenoRP because admins have helped me multiple times, and I want to give back and help someone else, I feel that this can be a great learning experience for me for any future jobs, because of the multiple tasks and commands I have to do/remember.

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator? I think I would make a good moderator because I am non-toxic, I love to help people and I feel good doing it, I don't like rule breakers, and I feel that I am a nice guy overall.

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished. RDM is killing someone for no reason, people who do this can be punished with a warn and jail for 200 seconds, or if they are a repeat offender, a ban. RDA is arresting someone for no reason, which can be punishable by revoking cop job, jail for 200 seconds, and a warning, or if they are a repeat offender, ban.

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated. NLR is when you get killed, (Killed following rules*) and there is a certain time period before you can go back to that same area. Some examples which violate NLR are if you go back to your base that was just raided right away, or you get killed by a hitman and immediately kill the hitman back for no reason.

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence. Metagaming is when you do not see a crime, (such as a hit, or mugging) and arrest the person who did the crime which goes against the RP. For example, if a swat watches the kill feed, and sees one player mugging another, then he goes to arrest the player that mugged the other, that is metagaming. Another example of Metagaming is if a mayor is at spawn and sees a PD raid in chat, then goes immediately to the PD to stop them.

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react? I would take screenshots/video record and post it to the report a staff forum, with the proof, and what the higher up abused.

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation? I would try to finish the sit quickly, but not messing up anything or giving the incorrect punishment, after the sit is done, I will put the RDMer in a sit, and give him extra punishment for disrupting a sit.

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets. I would put them in a sit, delete their buildings, and tell them to stop. I would only give a warning or maybe no warning though, because if there is only 2 players online, it isn't as bad as 50, but it is still breaking the rules.

If im being honest i dont think ive ever seen you on. im EST as well but i do normally get on later in the day so that could be the issue

A little iffy on your answers you have given for a good bit of the questions but thats just my personal preference on how i would handle the sits.

Conclusion:

Im gonna be neutral on this because like i said i havent seen you on before. But i will see what others say and decide on my final decision when it comes closer to friday. Good luck!

D2 you should jail the person mass rdming and finish your sit at normal pace, D3 you shouldn't awarn people for that when there is two people on, verbally tell them to stop, and if they don't then you have the choice to. D1 you shouldn't report on the forums if you are staff, you should send it to the admins, if there is abuse. Seems rushed B1 and B2 have one sentence answers.

-1, there was a few minor things wrongs as I listed, plus it does seem like little effort was put into it
