Parslee and Moo Staff Report

Which staff member are you reporting: Moo and Parslee

Please describe the staff member's unjust behavior: There were 2 things I found wrong about how they acted. The first was when I literally gave Moo a definition after he muted me for something and then unmuted me. I gave him the definition to the word faggot, I know it's against the rules but I was trying to give him a definition of it and felt like I should not have been muted for it. Second it when Parslee warned me for something I wasn't there to even talk to him about. Some guy reported me for revenge rdm and I was getting food and I came back and saw I was warned and when I asked I was told to not cause drama and some stupid shit.

moo also muted me for asking if we could say faggot, the mods were using slurs like coon and crow saying they are widley known to be animals so they're fine. but we can't use faggot due to it's widely known definition

Hello. I muted you because despite being told not to say it in any form, you and your buddies continued to do so. I never said coon or crow, none of us did. Derp told your friend that saying crow is much different than saying 'faggot'. 

You and your friends continued to be mingey for well over an hour. You even said yourself you shouldn't of said it, so you knew you would get in trouble. I don't see a reason for there to be a report in the first place, since you even admitted that you were in the wrong.

I can't speak about what happened between you and Parslee, as I'm not aware of what happened. I told you in game when you mentioned it that I'm sure he wouldn't mind talking to you though, not sure if you ever did though.

I said that crow was most common know in the meaning of the bird, I never said that about coon, and one of you was arguing to me that 'faggot' meant bag of sticks, so I was telling you that it was the context of it that matter, and that the most commonly used meaning of the word. We never brought up the words coon and crow, I believe that it was Carlton that did it. So I was explaining why crow was ok, with the correct context. I never said coon was ok.

Hello EmYoo, thank you for making a staff report! We appreciate you trying to keep our server clean. After reviewing your case, this is my verdict:

1. I have no evidence that any staff member said anything wrong. If any arises, please contact me or make a new report
2. If you were repeatedly saying the word and were told to stop, please do so. If you think you shouldn't need to, contacting one of us on the Discord or making a staff report will help clarify the situation. You have to listen to the staff member. (Also, it is against the rules, and they can warn for it)
3. I have obtained a video from the event. Parslee brought you ~3 seconds after you sent a message in OOC to deal with a revenge RDM case. This is extremely suspicious, but Parslee even waited for you to return before the time was getting too far. If you think that the warning was false, please message me on the forums or Discord, and we can take care of it.
