a5) How many in-game warns do you have? 2, I admit, one of them was on purpose for RDM because I got mad, but the other was on accident because I didn't know you couldn't go into spawn if you just came out of spawn and got kidnapped, but now I know.

a6) Have you ever been banned? If so, explain why? I have not.

a7) Do you have any prior staffing experience? If so, where? I have had prior staffing experience on many discord servers, mainly role play discord servers, gaming discord servers, or discord servers just to chat, many of them have over 1000+ members and 1 had 6000+. Some of these places are: Blicky's (Chat Server), Frappe (RolePlay Server), British Army (RolePlay Server).

Please answer these questions with your honest opinion.
b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP? I want to volunteer for XenoRP because recently I have seen people mass RDM for no reason, and no admins have been on to do anything about it, and I want to be the admin that is online and actually able to help the community grow and be what darkrp is all about. I have seen several, "revolts" as the people doing them say they are, where a group of terrorists/mafia will go around RDMing anyone that they don't like. This usually takes place when no admins are online and we can't do anything about it, it just makes the server bad in a whole. I have also seen people go around saying "shoot me" or "kidnap me" and then the person does it, but since the person saying to do it didn't advert, then they report them for no reason, granted the person should have asked them to advert, but I think it is a pretty devilish thing to do, and if I get staff I want to figure out a way to get to the bottom of it and stop it. I also want to volunteer for XenoRP because I think it can be a good experience for me, in a community I'm familiar with, to be staff, because it can give me skills in jobs in the future that other jobs couldn't give, like being familiar with technology and commands. Since I am used to the community and familiar with it, I feel that I can really adapt as a XenoRP staff member.

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator? If I was accepted, I think I would be a good moderator because I always hop online as soon as I wake up, so I can be active on the server, I also have friends that play Garry's Mod with me on XenoRP, so I can be active on the server having fun even if there is no reports, and if there is a report, I know how to stop what I'm doing to help that person, unlike some staff. I also have 2 monitors, and my PC is always on, (even when I sleep), so I can see any Discord notifications I get to see if I am needed to get on the server or to help on the Discord server. I also think I would be a good moderator because I have adapted to XenoRP as a player, so I think it will be easy for me to adapt as a staff member. I feel that I would be a good moderator because I am already pretty familiar with commands, and I love to help people. I also feel that I am a pretty layed back person that know how to handle and situation if it comes up and calm manner.

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished. 

RDM is when someone kills someone, without adverting, or with no valid reason. For example, if someone where to go up to a Terrorist and say, "you're weird.", then shoot them, that would be considered as RDM. This can be punished by a verbal warning for first time offenders, a warning for second time offenders, and a ban for third time offenders or mass RDMers.

RDA is when a police officer/swat officer arrest someone with no advert or valid reason. For example, if a Swat Sniper goes up to a Hobo and says, "you're being arrested for smelling bad." then arrests the hobo for no reason, that would be RDA because the Swat Sniper did not advert, or have a reason. On top of that, the Swat Sniper would get punished for arresting a Hobo, which Hobos are immune to arrests/damage. A regular RDA should be punished with a verbal warning for first time offenders, a warning for second time offenders, and a ban for third time offenders or mass RDAers. 

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated.

NLR is when someone does not wait, and immediately goes back to where they were previously killed. An example of this is if a Terrorist raids a Heavy Gun Dealer's base, and the terrorist adverts, and does everything correctly, then kills the Heavy Gun Dealer, and the Heavy Gun Dealer goes right back to his base without waiting. Another example would be if a Mafia Member mugs a Terrorist, and that Terrorist goes right back up to the same place, and kills the Mafia Member. This would be NLR/Revenge RDM.

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence.

Metagaming is when someone is not near the crime, or does not see the crime, but goes up to the person that did the crime and arrests them or stops the crime just by seeing it in chat or being told that it happened. An example of this is if a Police Officer sees an adverted mug in chat, and goes to find the person, and arrests them, without actually seeing the mug happening. Another example is if a Mafia Member kidnaps a Batman, and a Hitman sees the advert in chat, and goes up to the Mafia Member and released the kidnapped Batman without adverting counter or finding the kidnapped Batman naturally.

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react?

If a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity I record or take screenshots of the situation, then send them to a person higher up than them via Discord.

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation?

If I am in the middle of a sit and see someone mass RDMing I would handle the situation by jailing the mass RDMer and finishing my sit, then doing a sit with the mass RDMer asking why he/she mass RDMed.

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets.

If I were to see only two players online building in the streets, I would let them have their fun, but I would tell them if other people started to join that I would have to ask them to stop building in the streets and I would delete their mess.

Application looks great, and I've only had good interactions with you in game. 

However, you were just temp banned from the discord which is required to be staff. But it was from a shitpost, so worth it in my book.
