I once owned a server called PCM MilitaryIMilitary RPISRP but it's now closed, im currently Co-Owner of a friends server, and iv'e been an admin in a couple high counted servers that died.

b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP?
Honestly the server has been to mingy lately and not of a lot of stall are willing to take responsibility for there players and avoid tickets, I want to help out on the server to make the server more "playable" and less "hey look at this server lets hope on a class and start RDM'in"

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator?

Yes, I have willing content to be the greatest staff member and continue until the server dies
Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished. 
Random Death Match: this is when a player randomly kills another player or randomly attempts a match with said person
Random Arrest: this is were and law enforcement role abuses there arrest powers for there own sake

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated.
New Life Rule or a rule that makes you a "new character" after you die.

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence.
metagameing happens when a player breaks the "laws and RP". 
EX: a player hears a printer/meth and says oh lets raid this base there are "said resources" just listen.

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react? 
I would report to an super+ and give a steam id player name and a video recording the abuse.

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation?
I would instantly freeze them bring them up to me and call another mod+ to help me out.

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets.
I would bring them to an admin sit and warn both of them and if they do it again and again they would be kicked
