a5) How many in-game warns do you have? 2 one warn is for evading a sit and one warn is for propblock

a6) Have you ever been banned? If so, explain why? I have never been banned

a7) Do you have any prior staffing experience? If so, where? Yes I dont recall the servers names as it has been a while ago but I have been staff in many different servers and for different game modes such as a few DarkRP servers Jailbreak servers and StarwarsRP servers. If it helps I used to be a super admin I think it was in Clutches server a while back and was claimed to be one of his best staff (Not according to myself but from the people there.)

Please answer these questions with your honest opinion.
b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP? I want to volunteer for XenoRP because I enjoy the server a lot and I would love to help you guys out to the best of my ability and I like to be on duty more then I even like to Role play.

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator? I could make a good moderator because I am aware of the rules and I have many prior experiences and I am also aware of all the commands and I would take every sit if needed and could help as much as possible.

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished. RDM is also a term known as Random Death Match and it is if a player kills another player without a reason. RDA also known as Random Arrest is if a cop arrests a player with no reason and both of these actions would end up with a warn and if they continue doing these things could potentially lead to a ban.

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated. NLR also known as New Life Rule is a rule in which a player in the server is raiding a base and kills the person inside of the base, and the player proceeds to come back after his previous death without waiting the "New Life Rule" time scale they would be breaking NLR and would be punished.

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence. A definition of metagame would be like an out of character action, for example could be where a players action makes use of knowledge that the person may be aware of but in in game character is not meant to be aware of. Such as if a cop knows the person in a base has printers because they may hear is in person their in game character would not know that. So if that cop attacks that base without seeing anything it could be classified as metagaming. 

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react? First I would ask them what they are doing to see if there may have been some reason behind it as well as I would start recording and spectating them for proof of the abuse and I would then show a higher up in discord with the proof of the abuse as well as make a thread about it on the forums.

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation? If I saw a player mass RDMing while im in a sit I would jail the person that is mass RDMing and tell the players in the current sit to hold on tight for one second while I go and deal with the person mass RDMing and would lead to banning the person Mass RDMing then I would go back and apologize to the people from the sit before and continue with their sit. 

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets. I would tell them that even though they are the only people online its still against the rules to be building in the streets so I would recommend them to becoming a hobo and telling them they could build on the sidewalks as hobos but if they continue building on the streets as other Role Play jobs it could lead to a warn.
