Opinions on R6S Operation Void Edge/Year 5

Good to see a new dev team bringing some new ideas to siege. Enjoy playing two new ops, as well as getting team killed in the process. Oryx is super fun to play, Monty finally has a hard counter, as well as other shield ops. Lana is kinda average, her gadget is basically an alibi hologram but it can move. I don’t really see a good use for it, as when you leave it it has to recharge, and doesn’t stay where you left it, so you or a teammate can look back at it. Kinda disappointed they reworking Oregon, cause that was my favorite map at the time, and the one I played the most on. Now you gotta memorize a completely new layout, as the map is completely different room wise. I’ll probably be buying the year 5 pass, mainly cause i so far enjoy the first season, and hopefully will enjoy subsequently later on seasons, as well as getting the special perks if you bought the year 4 pass.

I’m quite disappointed with the Oregon rework. I’ve played on that map since y1 season 4 and it was always my favourite but with every rework the simplistic design is killed and now the map that was fun is a lot harder and more annoying.

Facts tho, really sad about Oregon getting killed
