a5) How many in-game warns do you have? I Currently have 0 active and 6 total.

a6) Have you ever been banned? If so, explain why? I believe I have been banned twice for exceeding the warning threshold.

a7) Do you have any prior staffing experience? If so, where? I have been a moderator on a server before, (XenonRP) which has since been shut down due to shortage of donations.

 

Please answer these questions with your honest opinion.
b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP?   I want to volunteer for Xeno because I really enjoy the server and the people i interact with. I've made multiple friends just from interacting and talking with people in game. I also want to see the community grow and become a welcoming place for new players.

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator?   I've been on the server for a long time and used to be a minge. Since I've started to become active again I believe I have turned myself around for the better and I believe I would be a positive fit for a moderator position.

 

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished.   RDM is the act of one player killing another with no reason whatsoever. RDA is the act of a Police officer or someone RPing in a police position (i.e Juggernaut) Arresting someone with no reason behind it, this being separate from RDT. Both of these should be handled by warning the player who committed them, different from Mass RDM/RDA which is a 2 week ban.

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated.   NLR is the New Life Rule. This meaning that you are RPing as a specific player and when you die you are a new person. Once you die You may not return to your place of death for 2 minutes or interact with individuals near your death point or associated with your death. NLR also comes into play and is majorly associated with raids and PD raids. If you die in a raid/PD raid you are unable to come back as you have already used your "Raid life" during that raid.

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence.   Metagaming is the act of using any means necessary to obtain knowledge that you shouldn't have or use knowledge you shouldn't have to your advantage. Such as using discord to gain knowledge you shouldn't have through people such as location as someone who just killed your friend. This also extends to job meta gaming, such as switching to batman because he has a grappling hook and using it to get to an inaccessible area then changing jobs back. 

 

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react?   Personally I would record the situation and have visual evidence of them clearly abusing power, and send that footage to someone of higher power than the abusing individual.

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation?   If they are clearly mass RDMing, (excluding raids/Pd raids) then I would Try and quickly resolve the situation (Jail them, then give them a 2 week ban) then return to my sit and apologize for the inconvenience. 

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets.   First I would give them a verbal warning to find a base and build and tell them to delete the props, if they were to continue afterwords I would warn them.

 

Lastly, I would like to apologize for any negative experiences and my past behavior on the server. I would like to think I have matured and am ready for the responsibility of being a staff member. I deeply regret the way I used to act and I hope I am able to show you that I have changed and matured for the better.
