a6) Have you ever been banned? If so, explain why?

No I did not.

a7) Do you have any prior staffing experience? If so, where?

Yes I have plenty! I have been an Admin on Icefuse Networks DarkRP server and more little servers which did not went anywhere. Ranging from T-Mod to Superadmin.

Please answer these questions with your honest opinion.
b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP?

Even if I am quite new to this community, I have seen how much pressure and work our admins on this community has to deal with. I feel like donating my time and experience could help this community to keep being a good environement to play on.

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator?

With my Canadian attitude, I can be really friendly with players and interact in a good or bad way depending on the gravity of the situation. I have common sense which helps me make decisions in sticky sits. I have good knowledge with LUA and Garry's Mod itself, which I can be helpful in developpement or support to the players!

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished.

RDM is defined by killing a player without any valuable reason and RDA is the same, but arresting people without any RP Valuable reason. Depending of the gravity of the RDM or the RDA, I will always base myself on the guidelines of the Staff Policies. If the player did only one RDM/RDA, a warn would be enough.

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated.

NLR (New Life Rule) defines that a players, which previously died, cannot interact with their old life. For example : They cannot go back to their place of death or interact with their murderer for some time. Which on this server, is 2 minutes.

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence. Metagame can be defined as using an OOC information in Roleplay. Which can rage from knowing a player has printer using the OOC chat or having a PM from a friend on Discord. Basicly, applying common sense to understand what the characters knows or not.

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react? I would advise his superior or follow a specific procedure within the staff policies.

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation? Personnaly, I would bring and isolate the MassRDM'er and deal with him as quickly as I can depending of the gravity of my current sit.

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets.

Unfortunately, the rules are here to be enforced. For my part, I would not allow them to build on the streets.

Pros:

Seems like a legit application!

Understands the server rules decently

Has pretty good common sense on how to handle situations

Prior staffing experience.

Cons:

The one warn (not a huge issue however)

Seems like you might get pretty mad pretty quickly, so id advise doing your best to keep a calm head on ya when in a sit or whatever.

Conclusion:

I feel like you could be a great addition to the staff team. Just do your best to be calm and collected during your sits. If you feel like you cannot do so, please call for another staff member to assist you or take over until you can regain your composure. +1 Good luck!!
