a5) How many in-game warns do you have? 1, Prop jumping as someone taught me when i didn't know it was against Server rules

a6) Have you ever been banned? If so, explain why? No

a7) Do you have any prior staffing experience? If so, where? No, but would love to learn

Please answer these questions with your honest opinion.
b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP? I want to volunteer because i just generally want to become part of the community. People love this server and i just want to see it grow and become better, while making sure people stay in line. As i have never actually done any moderating before, i want to learn what its like to help with an entire server because honestly, i just seems fun to do. I hate when people just want to ruin others fun just for their own egotistical gain. I have run into people like this and want to become a mod to fix the issue. So overall, becoming a mod would allow me to help others on the server, making it a more fun and playable experience for others.

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator? I think i would be good at nice and easy to fix problems to annoying and harsh problems that are more year. my biggest problem is consistency, and its something i cant fix. i still live at my parents houses, but they are divorced, switching every 2 and a half days (mom=Monday- Wednesday afternoon/ dad =s with PC= Wednesday to Friday, switching every weekend) Other than this issue, i believe that i could be i good enough moderator to be able to fill my 50 ticket quota every week, while also making the sits good and fair for both parties.

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished. RDM is random killing without reason, while RDA is the same but with arrests. If caught, the Perpetrator will be warned, although if continued behavior is show, i would contact a higher up to ban said person

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated. NLR stands for new life rule, and is applied when somebody dies. For example, If someone dies in a raid and immediately comes back and kills the base owner or any people basing with said base owner, that is breaking NLR

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence. Its When your Rp character has outside knowledge that influences actions in game. If someone were to use ooc (out of character) and say that there is printers in a base, and that base gets raided, that is metagaming

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react? Report their actions on the forums so other higher ups can deal with it

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation? immediately jail said person so they cant kill more people

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets. Polity tell them to please stop building in the streets and delete their props
