a7) Do you have any prior staffing experience? If so, where? I was a Senior Moderator on a server called Vitality Servers around 2 years ago, the owner sold the server and I resigned from my moderator position due to the new owner had new ideas for the server.

Please answer these questions with your honest opinion.
b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP? Yes, I spend a great deal of time on the server, would like to help turn some of that time into help benefit other peoples experiences
b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator? As I see it I think I have more than enough experience to be apart of the staff team considering that I’ve staffed a server for a year. I understand all the rules and know how to enforce them, I’m also Familiar with ULX. That being said I love helping people out and want everybody to have the best possible experience playing Darkrp. I’m in high school I have a lot of time on my hands, I plan on playing on the server for as long as I can and for that reason I think I’d be a great addition to the team. Thank you for your consideration.

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions: 
c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished. RDM is Random Death Match and players who rdm receive a warn, RDA is Random Arrest and players who RDA will also receive a warn; players who receive 50 warns or more receive bans based on the amount of warns reached.
c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated. NLR means New Life Rule and an example of NLR is a raid is happening: 2 thief's raiding a meth cook and the meth cook gets a kill on thief 1 but not thief 2, and thief 1 returns to the raid and continues to raid or say the thief's kill the meth cook, and the meth cook returns, that would also be NLR
c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence. Metagame is when you take RP information from a Non-RP part of the game, example of metagaming: A police officer hold tab and see that Player 1 is a meth cook and he /warrants Player 1 Meth just because they are a meth cook, or another example is you know player 1 is basing in Warehouse but he'  not home so you shoot him when he's on his way home and raid him while he's dead.

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react? Message a higher or equal power and tell them what the player was doing and show proof if I have it.
d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation? Depending on how important the sit is, if it could be handled quickly I would rush to the ending of sit 1 and then deal with the player Mass RDMing. If it can't be handled quickly and another mod hasn't taken care of it already I would ask them if they could wait real quick while I deal with the person Mass RDMing.
d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets.
I would tell them that they can't build in the streets and if they don't listen I would take necessary actions to get them to stop.

I'm 17, I have a mic      I spend a lot of time on the server making my self pretty known by now. Thank you for your consideration for T-mod and I hope you consider me as a choice.

You didn't answer the question. We asked how many "in-game warns do you have" and you replied with your in-game hours you have.

This would not be considered metagaming but rather RDM. Just because you know where a player is basing and the fact that they are not at the base does not fall under metagaming. Now, if you were using OOC chat to aid in knowing that player was not home to initiate a raid, that would be considered metagaming.

I like that you included sit 1 and wanting to complete the sit, but if a player is mass RDMing and ruining the other users RP experience, their actions take precedence over anything else. Reason being is so that we do not ruin the server experience for our players and handle toxicity in a timely and efficient manner. Instead, you could jail the mass RDMer, in order to prevent further RDM, and get that ban issued promptly.

You answered this question about 50%. You stated you would address them and inform them they cannot build in the streets but later said "I would take necessary actions to get them to stop." Would be excellent if you could provide what their necessary actions are. (Example: Ban, Warn, etc) 

Overall:

I feel this application was very rushed. When submitting an application to our server, we do look at the structure of the application as well as how neat it is. Your application was, in my own personal opinion, very clumped up and difficult to distinguish question from answer. 

Conclusion: Neutral. I have not had a negative nor positive interaction with you while on the server. I would like to see you on the team if you can update these answers appropriately.
