a7) Do you have any prior staffing experience? If so, where? Yes, I was moderator 2-3 times on ICE dark rp server 2.

Please answer these questions with your honest opinion.
b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP? I want to volunteer because I want to get more immersed into the community. I believe that people really enjoy play on this server. I just want to see the server progress further, while keeping players behaving like they should. Since i have only been staff on one other server, I want to learn how everything is handled differently on this server compared to ICE.. I really  dislike people who will break the rules because they think they can or because it gives them an advantage over other players.  People like this aren't uncommon so I have ran into a few of these types of people during my time moderating and role playing. 

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator? I think what would make me a good moderator would be my general knowledge of dark rp rules, and my past expirience as a moderator.

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished. RDM is randomly killing someone for no rp reason, people who perform this action should be warn on their first offense. RDA is Randomly arresting someone for no rp reason, people who perform this should also be warned on their first offense.

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated. NLR stands for New Life Rule, an example of someone breaking this is someone getting raided then killed. After they die they go and tell the police that they are getting raided.

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence. Its when you used knowledge that your rp character does not have, examples of this would be using ooc to find printers or bitcoin miners.

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react? You gather proof of them abusing then you make a report against them on the forums including proof.

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation? I would freeze them then put them where they cant mass rdm, then finish my current sit then get to the mass rdmer or ask another online staff member to punish the mass rdmer.

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets. I would ask them to not build in the streets and to pleas delete the props or move them into a building.
