I'm not sure.

Apparently the Moderator said I was committing RDA and I was banned for a week, I thought it was unfair because they were going around abusing and I was the one to get punished.

a7) Do you have any prior staffing experience? If so, where?

No but I would like to get experience working for Xeno RP.

b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP?

In my opinion they have one of the best Dark RP servers on Gmod.

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator?

I would be fair, I also wouldn't go around bragging and abusing my powers.

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished.

RDM: Random Death Match, killing someone for no reason.

RDA: Random Arrest, arresting someone randomly without proper evidence.

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated.\

NLR: Stands for New Life Rule, you cannot go to a certain area for 2 minutes after you died, and cannot kill the person who killed you.

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence.

Metagame is is an out of character action where a players character knows something that they normally wouldn't.

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react?

I would contact someone higher than them or go talk to the person.

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation?

I would ask the people in the sit to hold on and take proper action with the person breaking the rules.

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets.

I would ask them to stop and if they ignore it than I would punish them.
