a6) Have you ever been banned? If so, explain why? I have been banned 3 times. the first was almost 2 years ago. The second was a false ban by jokerrr for banning me after a sit was over for LTAP. The 3rd was for repeatedly killing someone for saying n-word because staff was not responding.

a7) Do you have any prior staffing experience? If so, where? Yes. I have been staff manager on orbital factions RP, and Senior-Admin on venomous gaming.

Please answer these questions with your honest opinion.
b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP? I have been on this server for nearly 3 years. I like the community and the staff team. I am also on at odd hours when usually no other staff is on.

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator? I make friends quite easily. I am non-biased and will always listen to both sides whether or not the sit takes 2 hours. I am on all the time and play for a long time unless I have other things to do.

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished. RDM is Random deathmatch, it is where a player walks up to another and shoots and kills them for no rp reason. This should be punished by a verbal warning for first offense(or if the person who got killed wants them to be warned) and a warn the second offense.
RDA is random arrest, it is where a police officer walks up to a player and arrests them because they feel like it. This should be punished by a warning or verbal warning for the first offense and a warning for the second.

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated. NLR is New Life Rule. This is were a player goes back to a recent place of death without waiting NLR timer and doesnt forget theyre past life. One example is: Were a player is being raided, The player dies and goes back to theyre base and kills the raider. Another is: A player is raiding PD and a police officer keeps going back to PD and trying to kill the raider after dying multiple times.

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence. MetaGame is were a player uses outside knowledge to gain an upperhand over players. One example is a player dies in a raid and tells his friend in OOC chat where the raider is while dead and watching the raider move in the base.(or in discord). 

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react? I would instantly record the incident and provide the evidence to a manager or owner.

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation? I would bring the mass Rdmer jail him and continue my sit. Once I am done I would ask why he massed and then continue to ban him.

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets. I would bring the players ask them to stop and if they persist I would warn them. Or ask them to become hobos
