I have not had any staffing experience in the past nor the present although I have used ULX and FAdmin before and know how they work

b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP

The community that XenoRP has created is really the only community I have connected and made friends with. Usually I would get on a random server, but then I found myself going back to the same server over and over. The main reason I want to volunteer for XenoRP is because I want to help as much people as well as setting an example for newcomers or even veteran players.

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator?

I would think I would make a good moderator because I would handle situations in an unbiased, agreeable manor, I would listen to both sides of the story and if it were to get heated I would calm it down as fast as I could, I would look back at any evidence I could find and base my judgement off of both the players stories as well as any indication of any happenings that were said. I know how to use ULX and FAdmin fairly well and will use them to the best of my ability to help with any situations that may come up. 

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished.

The definition of RDM is "Random Death Match," an example would be. A player is walking down the road when all of the sudden, with no warning such as, mugging, steal, etc. kills the player that was walking down the road. In this case I would bring both of the players and talk to them about what was happening then if all evidence lines up will give the RDMer a warning. On the other hand the definition of RDA is "Random Arrest," an example would be. Another player is walking alone then with no context what so ever a player apart of the police team comes up and arrest the walking player. Again I would bring both of the players and talk about what happened then I after if the evidence lines up I will give the RDAer a warning.

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated.

The definition of NLR is "New Life Rule," which means you cannot return to the place of death until 120 seconds is over (2 Minuets) this also means you cannot return to a raiding area until the raiders say, "over" or until 120 seconds is over. An example would be, a player that is getting raided dies during the raiding process, after they respawn they decide to go back before 120 seconds is over and kill all of the raiders.

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence.

Metagameing is when a player uses information beyond the in character knowledge, for example a player that is playing government official cannot arrest a hitman for having a "hit accepted" sign over their head because that character cannot see that in game.

D's

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react?

If I a higher up abusing their powers to the highest severity I will start to record either with OBS or Bandicam and then show it to another higher up like a, senior mod, admin, or owner.

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation?

I will quickly  carry the person to a unacceptable roof top, jail them, then as fast as I can get back to the original sit apologize and get it worked out. After the sit is over I will talk to the Mass RDMer then give the player a 2 week ban.

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets.

I will tell them that it is against the rules ,delete their props and go on with my day I would also tell them that if they want to, they can switch to a hobo which can build on the sidewalk but not the street but if they continue I will bring both of them and give them both a warning.

Here are my thoughts on your application:

For Mass RDM, we look at taking care of that situation as soon as possible. If you're currently in a sit and mass rdming begins, it would be more ideal to handle the mass rdmer first to remove the toxicity from the server and keep the players from becoming upset. 

 

Additional Notes:

Everything else on your application is awesome! It seems very well thought out. The only concern I have is that I have never seen you on the server or on discord. 

Conclusion: I'm giving a +1. I would love to see you on the staff team!

As Lucina said, with Mass RDMers we try to deal with them as quickly as possible & I also haven't seen you on the server or on the discord.
