  1. a1) What is your in-game (RP) name? Fami a2) Provide a link to your Steam profile. https://steamcommunity.com/id/imj a3) What is your Discord Tag? (ie: SomeUser#1234) autumn#2067 a4) What timezone are you located in? EST a5) How many in-game warns do you have? I have around 70 or so, all within 2020-2021. a6) Have you ever been banned? If so, explain why? I've been temp-banned from the server multiple times and perma-banned once across 2020-2021. The reasons for each ban vary, but most of them are for NITRP or RDM. I was being a moron during that time and it's something I still look down upon due to how idiotic I was acting and how much of an asshole I was to other people. a7) Do you have any prior staffing experience? If so, where? I've been staff on a couple of GMod servers, moderated for various servers on other games and have co-owned and handled moderation for both a 7k and a 50k member Discord server. Please answer these questions with your honest opinion. b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP? I'm very passionate about Xeno. This server (up until it going down) was the only DarkRP server I actively played, and the only one I actively participated in the community of. I enjoy Xeno and its community, and I'd hate to see it die again like what happened to it before it went down. I think inactivity in terms of moderation played a fairly small role in its death, and I don't want that to happen to Xeno for a second time. I want people to be able to enjoy Xeno and have them stay, and in turn make the community a lot better. I also kind of feel like I owe the help to the moderation team and Xeno itself due to my sort-of rough history with some people. b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator? I think my personal strengths are my experience as a moderator for other servers, my activity on Xeno as a whole and my ability to be able to see both sides of an argument, as well as to be fair to both sides. I think my prior experience doing moderation for other GMod servers and other places in general would help me a lot as a moderator on Xeno, as I know what to do and what not to do, how to handle myself and how to act, and how to deal with people accordingly. In addition, I'm very active on Xeno, usually playing on it most days, which allows me to deal with rulebreakers easier and quicker without getting worn out or bored of being on the server. I think this is a good strength, as I want people to be able to have fun on Xeno without having to deal with constant rulebreakers and minges if no moderators are online or able to handle their ticket at that specific time. I also think a good trait of mine is that I'm able to understand both sides of an argument and treat users fairly during said argument. I've had to deal with the experience before of having someone being biased towards the other person in an argument due to things such as their position and their association to the other person, and I don't want to make people who play on Xeno think that they're completely unable to report rulebreaking behaviour due to any sort of bias towards the person they want to report. I try my best to be as fair as I possibly can in situations like that, and I try my best to be as kind as I can to the people I speak to. Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions: c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished. RDM stands for Random Deathmatch, and it is the act of killing another player on the server without any sort of roleplay intention or any valid reason. RDA stands for Random Arrest, and it's sort-of similar to Random Deathmatch, being the act of arresting another player on the server without any sort of intention or reason. I would handle both on a case-by-case basis, being that I would decide a punishment depending on the context of the situation, the past history of the players involved and depending on if the victim involved wants the person in question punished for their actions. I tend to verbally warn people before I choose to warn them if they have a clean history on the server, and depending on how many active warns they have for the same offence, ban them accordingly. c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated. NLR stands for "New Life Rule", being that you cannot enter an area that you have previously died in until 2 minutes have passed. NLR for raids is slightly different, being that once you are killed in any type of raid, you cannot return to the area in question until that raid has ended. Examples would be that members of the Police Department cannot return to the PD after being killed during a PD raid until the raid has ended, and the owner of a base cannot return to their base after being killed during a raid until it has ended. c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence. Metagaming is the act of using information that is not available or cannot be obtained in roleplay to help themselves in-game during roleplay. Examples would be using the in-game chat and/or voice chat to see if a specific player happens to be near you, using information sent in OOC to your advantage in roleplay, and using the sound of something such as money printers or bitcoin miners inside of someone's base to arrest/put a warrant on them. Please explain how you would handle each of these situations: d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react? I would gather as much evidence as I can and send it to someone above their position who can deal with them. d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation? If no moderators were active or online to handle the person that was mass RDMing, I would jail them and deal with them after I'm finished the sit. d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets. I would tell them that they would need to be hobos and that they can't build on the streets. I would also inform them that they would need to move their props away from the streets, and I would punish them and remove their props if they do not cooperate.
  2. +1 He should have his Admin role taken away, and given the no chat role. Juarez also forgot to post about his fake news.

  4. Holy shit, this is the funniest fucking report I've ever read. "harassment, identity stealing, making false reports to admins, calling vote kicks when killed claiming rdm and failRP when it was fair RP/ not even my fault.. i aparently died when a hitman was looking for me. Kil did nothing cause he was ''busy'' and then i killed him for shhooting me and failing to kill me so he kicked me again. so i am reporting here. he is honestly dilusional and think i break rules when i don't, he i assume he hates me cause I'm gay or just cause his friends all do.. please do somthing, talk to/warn him or something.. and when i rejoined he started to try and crash the server as a hobo." GUYS, I'M LITERALLY HITLER FOR PLACING DOWN A FUCKIN CLOCK ON THE SIDEWALK **AS A HOBO** This report is absolutely fucking hilarious considering you break as many rules as I used to; I kicked you for FailRP because you killed yourself immediately after CONVOY placed a hit on you. It wasn't "an accident," you were staring deep down directly fucking at me and suicided when I started to follow you. You're going to label me for "harassment" as if you weren't fucking following me around with a camera for 3 hours trying to get me for breaking some obscure MOTD rule that isn't even intentional on my end; all you do is whine when others break the rules despite you not knowing them yourself. You started trying to gun me down before I even had the chance to fucking react to your kidnapping. It's hilarious too how you're playing the sexuality card with this "i assume he hates me cause I'm gay" considering I'm literally a trans lesbian. I don't have anything against people based on their sexuality, race, religion, whatever. I don't care about that shit. I care about whether or not you're a decent fucking human being and it seems not because every interaction I've had with you has ended in you whining to the admins about rule-breaking even though you break just as many rules. I play this server to have fun. I like to play with my friends like Makkay, Snas, and Liz sometimes whenever they're on. Every single fucking time I get on however, all you do is follow us around and then whining because we're very lightly messing around with eachother. You walk into everything and start whining about how it's ruining your roleplay experience as if it's our fucking problem you specifically come up to us in the area where we're alone and then whine over nothing. You whine over "you're breaking the rules get a life" and then immediately try to steal something of mine without adverting. I'm perfectly content with my life as I actually go outside. From my perspective it seems you need to get one.

  7. a1) What is your in-game (RP) name? Fami a2) Provide a link to your Steam profile. https://steamcommunity.com/id/trulynonfiction/ a3) What is your Discord Tag? (ie: SomeUser#1234) Sael#6786 a4) What timezone are you located in? EST a5) How many in-game warns do you have? 58 a6) Have you ever been banned? If so, explain why? I've been banned around 15-20 times for many reasons, back when I was more of a minge and a jokester on the server. At this point I've moved past that stage now and I'm ready to actually try. I talk to and hang out with some of the moderators I used to mess with, a few of which I'm good friends with. a7) Do you have any prior staffing experience? If so, where? Although my experience with staffing is mostly unrelated to Garry's Mod, I do have some moderation experience in general. I'm one of the owners of a 10k member Discord server as well as an owner in a 100 member server along with Joey Calzoni and a few other people. Around the years of 2013-2019 I did some staff work for some semi-popular Minecraft servers however I find that including that would be irrelevant. The same can be said for Garry's Mod servers as most are now closed or inactive. b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP? XenoRP is one of the more interesting servers I've seen in the ~6 years I've played on Garry's Mod. It has this community pretty separated from any other DarkRP server I've been on and it's a server that anyone could get hooked on playing. Although my reputation is a bit destroyed around moderators due to my past experiences playing on the server, I've been trying to fix that. Usually when I play, most mods are offline when many rulebreakers are online at a time, however usually I'm on all of the time and I want to help fix that being a problem. I know that it won't permanently stop this however I'm going to try my best to stay online as much as I can. I understand that a few of the staff may not like me but I'm willing to try and fix that as I'm trying to change my ways. b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator? I actively play Xeno most of the week and usually whenever I have free-time. This allows me to get a better understanding of what times rulebreakers are on, when and what mods usually aren't on to see these things happen, and I can get a better understanding of who are major rulebreakers. I'm going to try and be as active as I can under this position and I'm going to try and learn from any mistakes I make along the way. I'm also willing to see both sides of every story to get an understanding of who's being truthful and who isn't. My main goal is to do the best that I can while maintaining that I treat people with respect and kindness and hope that I can receive the same back, however I assume not all players on here would do such. c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished. RDM (Random Deathmatch) is the act of killing another player without any roleplay/valid reason. RDA (Random Arrest) is the act of arresting another player without any roleplay/valid reason. Unmentioned under the question but still important is RDT (Random Tazing) which is to taze another player without any roleplay/valid reason. Usually, I'd prefer to go in order with: Verbal > Warning > Ban I can understand a Xeno player's first time on the server and some choose not to read the rules or don't see specific parts of them, and I do it in such an order for that. Usually, if they're briefed on what they should and shouldn't do, then they usually c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated. NLR (New Life Rule) is a rule put in place stating that a player cannot go to a base/area that they died in until 2 minutes have passed. However, raid NLR states that a player cannot go to a base/area until the raid is over. An example would be going back to a base after you die in a raid. c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence. Metagaming is the act of using Garry's Mod or other non-RP tools to find otherwise unknown during RP. An example would be using the voice feature or chat to check for players around or inside a base/area. d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react? Record them for evidence and contact any role higher than theirs. d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation? Jail the Mass RDMer and finish my sit before dealing with them. d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets. I'd request that they stop building on the streets and take action if necessary. End: I do understand that I'm not really the most liked person to moderators and other users on this server but I'm going to try to put that past me and do the best that I can if I receive this position. Thank you to anyone that I've been able to talk to here.
  8. So, The votekick for a false votekick WAS infact true as you attempted a votekick on a user for "FailRP and propblock" because he owned the front doors to the building you tried to buy the back doors of. You continued to whine like a baby about how "if it's not in motd it's not a rule" which by your logic implies my votekick wasn't false because there's nothing in MOTD stating I can't votekick you for any reason. Provided: Screenshot stating that if they own the front doors, they own the whole base. Own up to your problems instead of whining about everyone else's.

If so, where? I used to staff for some Discord servers, including being a Chairman (2nd highest rank) in a 2.8k member Discord server, and I'm one of the owners in a 80 member server. In 2014-2015, I staffed for some minor Minecraft servers. Please answer these questions with your honest opinion. b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP? XenoRP is generally one of my favorite servers in DarkRP. However, from playing it I've had to deal with multiple cases of RDA/RDM/etc. I want to bring those cases down by helping my favorite server with them. I've been playing for quite a few months, and I think I can gain the trust of others on the server. I'm going to attempt to be nice to others and try to not make the mistakes that other moderators make that make them unlikable by other players on the server, and I hope this will eventually help for me to rank up. b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator? In my opinion, I think I'd be a good moderator because of my traits and activity. I'm usually laid back however I can be professional when required to as a staff member. I want to help the players on XenoRP. I would be great for activity as I usually play on XenoRP every day. Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions: c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished. RDM (Random Deathmatch) - RDM is the act of killing another player without a valid reason. - Mass RDM (MRDM) - MRDM is the act of killing multiple (2+) players without a valid reason. - Attempted RDM (ARDM) - ARDM is the act of attempting to kill another player without a valid reason. RDA (Random Arrest) - Arresting someone without valid reason. Rulebreakers should either be warned/banned depending on the severity of the situation. c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated. NLR (New Life Rule) is the rule of acting as if you're a new person in roleplay and not entering an area you last died at for a specific amount of time. The wait time for this is usually 2 minutes, however raid NLR ends when the raid is over. An example would be getting killed during a raid and trying to enter back in before the raid finishes. c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence. Metagame is a type of FailRP involving the act of having knowledge your character should not have. Examples: Not allowing Hitmen a specific thing if they have a hit Checking for people near you using the Speak feature Please explain how you would handle each of these situations: d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react? I'm reporting them to Phantom or Zyngas. I'm going to record the situation and use it as evidence. d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation? I would immediately jail and ban them. d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets. I'd give them time to move to an area that they're allowed to build at, before warning and removing props.
  13. Hey- Thanks for getting back to me. As mentioned, some of my post are just allegations made by several other users I've talked to that I have included. Other members may be able to provide proof of these, however I had provided these out of the conversations of multiple XenoRP users. About the MOTD issue, I understand however you have some time to add a rule that isn't on the MOTD. Said moderator was making up rules for their own personal advantage and it'd be much more useful to list rules in MOTD so they can't do that. The current rules in MOTD are usually the ones that are enforced the lowest compared to the ones that they 'did not have time to put into it.' I find this very flawed and I honestly think you should find a different way of running your rules system then to let your moderators make rules for themselves that nobody questions because the moderators can just use the excuse that it wasn't put in the MOTD. I understand your point. Yes, they were being immature, however this issue started when one of your moderators started it by deleting a sign without reason or being asked to stop. The more they continued removing signs, the more people would spawn in. This also lies in the issue about the MOTD where it should be included if you're going to enforce it as much. I'm honestly thinking both sides are in the wrong here. The moderation team needs to be worked on more and the users with signs were being immature. I understand that this server was made for people to have fun, but it's almost impossible to do that anymore with how the moderation team works. Kil is a very untrustable figure to the community of players on your server and even some people on the staff team have anonymously told me that. He uses the MOTD issues to his advantage to make rules that don't exist, and new players will just ignore it because it's a Senior Mod, supposedly one of the more trustable ranks, when in reality said user cannot be trusted often. Again, I completely understand this but at the same time this is flawed. If the staff team were nicer, I would've at least received a warning and I likely would've stopped. However, I was instantly banned by an admin with no warning for 'being annoying' over a single link. I don't think that's proper conduct for a staff member to act.
  14. Your In-Game (RP) Name: Excalibur Which staff member are you reporting: Kil Please describe the staff member's unjust behavior: Hello. Before I dive into this, I want to clear some things up. For one, I’m writing this on my own behalf, not on the support of anyone else. I’m writing this due to the fact that a group of moderators have been slowly gaining power in the server and have been using it to their advantage to abuse. However, I am going to use evidence given from others to assist me while writing this. Evidence has been provided by KUSHMANE, along with words by myself, testimonies provided by other users on XenoRP such as Wii, and more. I hope this forum post can show the real side of the moderator Kil, along with the friend group they have with other moderators that all abuse ingame for each other. I do not expect this to get anywhere, as the many other attempts we’ve done to bring light on said users have been ignored, and sometimes even silenced in an attempt to keep the reputation of this group of moderators clean. Many of the moderators, even if they don’t contribute to the main group of 3, have defended said moderators despite their obvious abuse on the XenoRP server. Many people have witnessed the abuse these moderators bring upon the server, and I’m here to shed some light on it as it continues to get ignored by the higher ranking in the staff team. At the time of writing this, I am unavailable to provide Discord proof due to reasons I will explain later. With that out of the way, I will now explain my side and the side of others about this moderator. A senior moderator on XenoRP known as Kil has been gaining popularity negatively throughout the community due to the way they play with the rules instead of by them. Player KUSHMANE (who is currently serving a ban for ‘minge’ by Kil) screenshotted their experience with Kil when they attempted to create their own rule just to put them in the wrong. A common occurrence is that this group of moderators will make the excuse “It doesn’t have to be in the MOTD to be considered a rule,” however this is simply untrue and is only used as a way to protect them from being considered the villain in the situation. Another occurrence of this is when KUSHMANE and another user by the name of Wii put up textscreens containing immature words such as porn, penis, etc. Despite it not being in the MOTD, these signs were immediately removed and given the excuse “there’s children on our server.” The game is rated M by several companies because of the nature of it. People swear in chat all of the time. There’s no problem here. But Kil, along with another member of the abusive group by the name of Rice Cooker, removed, filtered, and even banned people for putting these signs up on Hobo despite them doing nothing wrong. There’s more to Kil, though. There’s even the point that Kil is suspected of owning cheats to impact their gameplay. It is known Kil has access to an AutoBhop script, and uses it to their advantage off-duty, even if they say they don’t. To bring me to my next point, Kil and his group of friends will do anything to silence anything related to their removal, including removing textscreens that are harming nobody and banning users from the Discord if they mention things Kil does. I myself was banned from the XenoRP Discord for posting a petition related to the removal of Kil because it had proof of him bending rules to gain an unfair advantage during an argument. Only minutes later, I was banned from Xeno itself for 'NITRP' because I had simply shown links to the petition. I hope this forum can show you the true side of Kil, however the admins will probably brush it off without actually reading it. Please provide any available evidence to back your claims: https://imgur.com/a/NnrvKLk
