I did promise that man 10 mil last night, my gmod crashed, and then when I went to go on discord that crashed as well, so I called it a night, I can give lowkey his 10 mil whenever he is on next. Addressing the whole taking sits while drunk, I never do. There is a command for us to turn off tickets when off duty, and whenever I know I am going to be drinking I use that command so that I don't take tickets/sits. I did not mean to scam that guy, all my apps were crashing and it was at like 1-2 in the morning, so I went to bed not thinking about it.

I said that crow was most common know in the meaning of the bird, I never said that about coon, and one of you was arguing to me that 'faggot' meant bag of sticks, so I was telling you that it was the context of it that matter, and that the most commonly used meaning of the word. Cons D2 you should jail the person mass rdming and finish your sit at normal pace, D3 you shouldn't awarn people for that when there is two people on, verbally tell them to stop, and if they don't then you have the choice to. D1 you shouldn't report on the forums if you are staff, you should send it to the admins, if there is abuse. Seems rushed B1 and B2 have one sentence answers. Overall -1, there was a few minor things wrongs as I listed, plus it does seem like little effort was put into it

Cody, you are making it seem like I have a vendetta against you. When you were a moderator and a t-mod asked for you to ban an ID and gave valid reasons on the ban, what would you do? I was only doing as any other moderator would do. I have no personal beef with you, and no hard feelings. We had a couple bad experiences, I am not petty enough to go out and ban you for two or three bad experiences.

Ok, I admit, I got very out of hand, I was messing around with a couple friends, and once I realized that it was very out of hand I made a party with my friends and added them to the doors. I apologize for this. It got way out of hand, I had intended for it to just be with a few of my friends, but once I realized that several other people got involved, I tried to end it. It shows in the video that two people were killing outside of the base, which I was trying to tell them to keep it in the base, I was trying to have some fun with my friends, and once it was out of hand I tried my best to control it, which after I added them to the party and doors it did die down. Again I apologize if this ruined your rp experience, I was trying to control the two players who were killing outside of the base and involving more players. I dismissed teffa because Earl aka Taymor was mainly killing us, the people who were ok with it. Once it got out of hand I told them to stop and made a party to prevent them from causing more mayhem. I am sincerely sorry for this, I won't do this again, I figured that my friends would keep it in the base, which they did until cops and other players got involved.

Yea, I was just given an steam id to ban, so I did so. I was told that you ltap'd and rdm'd. So I deemed the ban to be ok, so I banned your ID because creeper could not.

I don't remember any incidents with you, I don't believe that I ever role played with you at all, or had any sits with you I warned you once for homophobia and you got a six hour ban for having too many active warns. I never rdm'd anyone, if I ever killed you, it was probably for you either being in my base or harming a party member. One of my friends was prop minging and I told him to stop, and he did, so I didn't warn him, cause he didn't do it again. In my sits I will talk out why you get warned, and I wont yell at you. I always check logs in my sits and make sure to be polite and unbiased. I never threatened you, I told you that if you continued to insult me that I would kick you, as a warning so you would know why you were being kick, and it acted as your verbal warning. I wasn't twisting your words, I was using your metaphor and showing why I killed you, you asked for more staff to come, and several did. Ok, so what happened was, he made a ticket for ARDM, so I took it cause I attempted to kill him when he was on my base, and I had a K.O.S Inside sign, when I brought him to the sit we were talking about it, and he insulted me several times during the sit, so I told him to stop, and he insulted me again, and then he said the line about me being dense, I did not kick him for calling me dense. I gave him a verbal warning to stop, and he didn't so I went on to the next step. End of story

I was watching the sit go down, he did call him ginger faggot as soon as he got into the sit, these two are friends on steam, and when ashey knees rdmed ginger in the sit, certified banned ginger for 5 days and said fuck it when it happened, and then proceeded to take another false sit by ashey knees for the same reason. This was very abuse behavior, and I am sure that it would've continued if this wasn't pointed out to me while it happened

I banned you for minging, you were minging hard towards one kid, I gave you a verbal warning to stop or you would be banned for 5 days. You didn't stop. So I banned you. Everyone else that I banned were for very similar reasons, this was the correct course of action, especially cause I gave all of you a verbal warning to stop. One of you kidnapped him out of spawn so a hitman could complete a hit that they set Then another person did the same thing. RDM is when someone randomly kills another player, and as punishment for it is a warning.
