If so, explain why?Nope a7) Do you have any prior staffing experience? If so, where? Yes, I've owned DevourGaming community long ago, I've staffed for a couple of servers that aren't around anymore. Please answer these questions with your honest opinion. b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP? I enjoy playing with the community, I want to assist anyone in anyway that I can possibly assist them to keep them enjoying the community/content thats been provided by the server. b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator? I think I personally would be a good fit for the team because I enjoy helping people any way that I possibly can. Just to keep the community a fun/enjoyable gameplay. I'm very good with communication with people, I don't get mad at people when there is a fight/ miss communication. I just want to assist everyone with whatever I can. Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions: c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished. RDM is Random Death Match(Killing someone without a Valid RP Reason.) RDA Is Random Arrest, When someone is arrested with no valid RP reason. First Offence is Warning X1 Second Offence will be Jail/Kick/Third would be considered Mass RDM which will Result in a 2 Week ban. c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated. NLR Timer is 2 mins New life Rule when someone returns to the position they where killed before the time is up with intentions to FailRP in most cases. (Someone is killed then they run back to the place they where killed) First Offence would be a Warning X1 Then if continued could result in a Kick/Temp Ban. c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence. Metagaming is Information that has been given outside of RP, like information passed through discord/ Say someone is in discord and they say okay I'll be right back and then you go raid their base because they are afk. Any information to take Advantage of someone outside of the game/RP. Information from Voice chat or when a hitman has a hit and you arrest them. Or someone tells you the hit is on you and you kill you're self. Please explain how you would handle each of these situations: d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react? Well I would gather as much information/Evidence on the abusing team member, Then I would contact Higher staff to find out who's team that they are on and report the evidence to their Admin, Try to resolve the issue or stop them from abusing and remind them that it could result in a Derank/Ban Depending on how bad the situation it is. d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation? I will Teleport Jail, Gag them and ask another staff member to assist me if He/she is able to. If not I will remain them to stay in jail until I've resolved my first sit then move onto that one next. d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets. I feel that even if the server is low population that the rules still be strict I would tell them to become HOBO's And only build on the sidewalks as building in the streets is against the rules, I don't feel just because the server is empty that the rules should be bent for anyone. If they remain building in the streets I would Warn on the first offence then could resolve to a Kick.

Please answer these questions with your honest opinion. b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP? I want to Volunteer for MOD because I enjoy playing on the Xeno Community. Helping in any way that I can. b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator? I can provide an unbiased, simple solution to any problems that may arise, and my current experience helps provide more understanding into these coming situations, I always keep a level head when dealing with situations and try to get the issue resolved as quickly as I can. Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions: c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished. RDM stands for Random Death Match. It is when a player attacks or assaults another player without a just cause. RDA is similar to RDM, however they arrest the player with no reason behind it. I feel that a player who commits these acts should be verbally warned if it was a one time issue, before moving onto a physical warn against their account. If it continues after, they should be kicked, or banned. c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated. NLR stands for New Life Rule. When a player returns immediately back to the place of their last death without waiting 120 seconds, or interrupts a raid after they have died, they are breaking NLR. c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence. Metagaming is when a player uses information that their RP Character does not have access to to gain an upper edge on another player. Example. You where in a base previously and you leave the base and later on you use the information from the past to get into the base or gain access to all the bitminers ect. This information could lead in a severe punishment if Metagaming takes place. Please explain how you would handle each of these situations: d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react? Explain to them what they are doing wrong, make a report to the forums, and bring it up in the admin chat, as well as provide a form of video evidence and try to keep the peace with the higher up so it won't become a bigger issue until one of the Owner's/Admins Can take care of the situation. And try to find out Why they would want to abuse and help them get past it. d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation? First I would Jail the user that is doing the MRDM then I will complete my sit, Then I will go forward and bring the user that commited the MRDM and handle it in the Proper punishment. d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets. I will first ask them nicely to remove the buildings then if they choose to not comply I will first Remove the buildings then provide a verbal warning if they continue I will make it a Physical Warning to go against their accounts. And if they still continue to not comply It could result into a Kick/ Temp Ban.

Keep the Server nice and clean so that there is no issues to assure the best possible experience. b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator?I think I would make a good moderator because I enjoy helping everyone no matter how long it takes I will work until I've solved the issue and will not give up on anyone. I always have a positive attitude even when sometimes it can be hard. I enjoying showing new people to the gamemode how it is properly played to assure the get the best experience that they possibly can and for them to enjoy their stay with us here at XenoRP. RDM (Random Death Match) Is when a Player kills someone without a RPing Cause. RDA(Random Arrest) When a player is False arrested for no reason at all preventing the proper cause of RP. c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated. NLR (New Life Rule) When a player fails to follow the RP rules and returns directly to where they previously Died to either prevent someone from raiding bases/PD. c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence. Metagaming is when information shared with a previous player of Access codes to bases/ What they have in the base and they will often use this information to Raid/ Tell someone about what they have so that they could go Raid the previous base that they where located. Please explain how you would handle each of these situations: d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react? I would react with a positive attitude to see what may be causing this person to act that way. Then I would reach out to our Employer to inform them that someone is Not properly using their powers/Abusing . d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation? I would Temp freeze/jail them until previous sit is complete then I will warn them the first time then the next time could result in a Temp Ban. d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets. Ask them kindly to switch to HOBO and if they fail to communicate I would warn them and if I see that they have continued to want to Falsely play DARKRP it could result in a TempBan.
