I actually agree with krackle here. Some new guns would be nice. And a good pump action would be better. Not db. But just something better than the ithica. 3 shot is fine. Not 10. We already have good semiauto and bolt snipers. So the intervention would just be preference.

Hello walrus. I was the one who banned you. And this was an all day thing. I had repeatedly told you to knock it off, and you did not. I gave you plenty of verbal warnings to stop interfering and grappling people in sits. You didn't stop. You also kept harassing players and our staff. This ban was well deserved and you know it to be true. And you were not just on the other roof listening, as you were adding comments and continuing to insult Moo, as well as grappling the players in the sit. I will not be removing the ban.

Id agree with with you Roy, what you described is clearly minge with ill intent. However, this was not brought up in the original report. Only the fact that the prop was invisible. I was not present at the scene, and this would have gotten a warn from me. But, this turns into a he said she said case, where there is no evidence for that part of the report. Although this is something I believe kahow would do, I hope you understand without sufficient evidence I can not continue with a punishment. That is just part of the procedure.

Hey Masterminor, thanks for applying! Your app needs a little more meat in c2) and c3). Also in d3). It is never okay to break the rules. You can show the players how to still have fun building while following the rules. Your ban and warn was from too long ago to matter so you're good there. Application looks great, and I've only had good interactions with you in game. However, you were just temp banned from the discord which is required to be staff. But it was from a shitpost, so worth it in my book. Overall neutral.

This whole issue is just unstoppable force vs immovable object. Quite frankly I don't understand why your justice boner for kahow is so strong. I don't protect anyone from punishment, especially not kahow. But this is something that I would not warn for. Just tell him to stop, and add to my mental verdict. Next infraction would be a minge ban. And thats what happened.

Alright Roy, after we came to a resolution last night, it was all okay. I told you to apply yes. And i would have gladly given a +1 to you. As you are on when staff typically is asleep. You also know the rules. Great! The part you messed up was in b1) and b2). It makes this application seem out of spite and not actually sincere. Plenty of comments that are not necessary and just show that you are not willing to move on. You had my +1 Roy, but you couldn't just let it go. Now you have my -1. Simply because of your high horse attitude. Added Comments. Roy, you aren't helping your case here. Responding to the comments almost with a smart ass attitude just further proves to me why I should vote -1. Greg's response could have been more detailed and had some criticism, but we are still allowed to put our opinions here. Teffa never stated he was the whole sample size, he was just putting his input in. And just to let you know, moderators are not exempt from punishment, we have even more to lose if we are punished, as we can/will get demoted. There is a system that goes on including staff strikes and demotions/promotions.

This is a great looking application. I am very impressed by the professionalism. The only thing that worries me is your tmod status on a seperate server. You say will not interfere, but I beg to disagree. You've got a +1 from me, but just a fair warning it takes more time than you think to be a moderator for this server.

This is the only input I am putting here. I spoke with Greg about the issue. Told him his mistake etc. For me, a player breaking an invisible prop warn is never more than a verbal. Or just change it my myself. Since I was not on the server at the time, I could not give him a verbal. I did what I could, by talking to greg about his mistake. Kahow was also banned for later infractions, so he was eventually dealt with. Also, not by me, as I was not on the server.

Kahow was banned. Greg was talked to. There is nothing more I can do. If you want to decide how the staff should work than please put an application up.
