Hello Bagel, this won’t be the normal pro / con format since I feel like to properly explain my view I need to format it like this. I understand your ban was two years ago but the reason is what really gets to me (Minge/threat to players in the real world/Dissrespecting staff/players) I feel as though even if there is the slightest chance you haven’t changed I can’t +1 this application, and there is also the much much smaller issue of asking staff if they would +1 if you made one. -1 leaning toward a neutral

I really enjoy the community and speaking to the people in it, because of that I was staff before COVID-19 hit hard and a lot happened all at once irl. I was forced to resign since I needed at least a month or more to sort everything out. However, I have managed to sort everything out and can now come back to Xeno, I have slowly been coming back for a bit, checking on the discord and talking in general and hopping in game for a bit. I know I haven't been back for a while but I am hoping that I have been back enough to be able to rejoin the staff team and continue where I left off when I was forced to leave. b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator? I have a great deal of experience as a staff member on Garry’s Mod and I also have a good amount of experience on Xeno itself. I feel as though I have already learned a great deal of what I need to know from all my past experiences to be able to handle almost anything that comes up while I am on duty. I also believe that another thing that will serve me well while staffing is my general attitude towards other players, I try my best to remain positive at all times and treat everyone in a kind and respectful way. Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions: c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished. RDM - Random Death Match is the name given to the act of killing another player w/o a valid reason to do so. Almost killing them is considered ARDM (Attempted Random Death Match). RDM is punished VIA a warn, ARDM is also punished VIA a warn. RDA - Random Arrest is when a player arrests another player w/o a valid reason to arrest them. RDA is punished with a warn. c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated. NLR - New Life Rule is the act of using something that you learned in your previous roleplay life to influence or control your current life. Example 1 - Ken is raiding the bank and kills Joe the SWAT, Joe returns forty seconds later and attempts to kill Ken. (His success is not relevant in the sense of finding out if its NLR as the act of returning is NLR) Example 2 - Ken raids Joe’s home, and kills Joe in a matter of seconds, Joe upset returns to the raid and uses elastic restraints to cuff Ken and drag him away. c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence. Metagame - Is the action of using information gained through out of character means to influence or control your actions in rp. Example 1 - Joe says in OOC his base is full of illegal items, Ken the Cop uses this information to get a warrant on Joe’s home. Example 2 - Joe hears meth being cooked in Ken’s base and uses that information to get a warrant on Ken. Please explain how you would handle each of these situations: d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react? I always have OBS on and if I see a staff member abusing I would record it and immediately send the recording to their Team Administrator. d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation? I would ask the people I am in a sit with for a brief moment. I would JailTP the MRDMer to me and double check it was MRDM. If it was, I would ban the MRDM and resume my original sit. d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets. I would ask them to stop, even though they are the only two online the rules are always in effect on all players.
