Dear Laskoosha I was not biased, I also clearly stated to you that the logs told me that you did run out of spawn and shoot him. As for the hitman thing I never actually said anything about it. Not wanting to point it out as I knew Roy would make another report on you if I did. He noticed anyway and did make another report, since you clearly admitted to me previously you where partying with a Hitman I had no choice but to warn you again. The three minute Jail was mainly to give you some time as during the sit you showed zero regard for the rules and what happens when you break them. And finally the reason you where jailed twice was because after I jailed you the first time I had to unjail you so we could do the second sit, once that one was done I jailed you for the rest of the three minutes I had jailed you for before. Overall; Neutral, I have never seen you in-game so all I can use to judge you is this application and as it stands right now its not strong enough to push me to a +1

-1 Application seems rushed as pointed out by Moo. Also I have never seen you but I have heard some things about you that make me question how well you would fit on the team.

-1 Personally I prefer the way the server feels now, what your suggesting is almost like DarkRP 2.0, a bunch of servers use it, ASAP PRP etc. However, this server has the older and more original DRP feel and thats sort of what I prefer, just my view on the subject.
