Please answer these questions with your honest opinion. b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP? I really missed staffing for XenoRP, so i wanted to come back and help better the community b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator? Im understanding, i know the rules, im very respectful, and i feel i was good when i last staffed Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions: c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished. RDM: Random Death Match, RDM is where you randomly kill someone. RDA: Random Arrest, arresting without valid reasoning. Botb of these result in a warn c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated. NLR: where you come back to your past life, so say you die during a raid, and come back to complete it, would be considered NLR. c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence. using outside game information to exploit or cheat. say someone kills a mugger and you as a Swat arent there to witness it, you cant go and arrest them for killing them via kill feed. Please explain how you would handle each of these situations: d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react? i would go to an owner or head admin and report them. i would also record and screenshot the abuse to show evidence d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation? i jail the player massrdming and deal with him after my sit, or ban him then and there d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets. building on the streets is still against the rules so i would ask them to stop, if they dont than punish how ever i need too. edit: Bob the Pickle, i was on the past two days, may have been on at different times.

I staffed on Xeno for maybe 6 months, made it to Senior Please answer these questions with your honest opinion. b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP? I really just miss the community (even tho it can be very toxic) I miss the staff team alot too. b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator? Ive been considered good when I did. NLR: New Life Rule, it is when you try and continue your rp situation after you have died. c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence. Using outside sources to change how the rp situation, like lets say police raiding a base if you hear meth or weed (if we still consider that as metagame) Please explain how you would handle each of these situations: d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react? Report it to Admin or Owner depending on rank d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation? jail the player, finish my current sit than see if it was mass rdm or some sort of raid, if its mass rdm than id ban for 2 weeks d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets. even if they are the only people, it still isnt allowed so id confront them. and if they continued to do so id warn, and so on not expecting an Accepted due to the fact i dont have a pc atm, but id thought i give it a try since ill be getting one soon
