a7) Do you have any prior staffing experience? If so, where?: I have staffed and senior moderated at Night Networks RP, And TurtleGaming RP which unfortunately got shut down.

Please answer these questions with your honest opinion.

b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP?: I started playing Xeno RP for a couple of years now seeing the server grow over time and honestly having a great time with me and my friends enjoying the great community it has become. Sadly the joy and greatness comes with a level of misbehavior and trolling that some players bring upon the players trying to have a good time like I did, so I wanted to join the team to keep the community thriving.

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator?: Ive been playing on the server for a long time now and understand how an admin should act and the tools an admin needs to become a helper in times of need. I know all of the ULX commands and have experience dealing with players in case things get shaky. I also have a friendly but strict way of handling things and will make sure things stay in line in a efficient streamline way.

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished.: 

RDM (Random Death Match)- When a player kills another player for no RP reason: Would result in the player receiving a warn for their actions.

RDA (Random Arrest)- When a player arrests another player as a civil servant for no RP reason: Would result in the player receiving a warn for their actions.

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated.: NLR (New Life Rule) Happens when a player who has just been killed returns to the same area in which their death has occurred and continues to RP.

Example: sharkman78 was RP as a Police Officer when he dies due to a thief mugging him and returns to the scene to kill him in return. sharkman78 will receive a warn for NLR/ RDM.

Example: sharkman78 was running a gunshop when he was raided and killed trying to protect his shop, he than returns while the raid is still happening and kills the raiders. sharkman78 will receive a warn for NLR/ RDM.

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence.: Metagame is when the player uses outside knowledge that their character in game does not know about.

Example: A player kills a Hitman due to the "Hit Accepted" label above his head when approached .

Example: A player raids a base easily knowing the victims previous keypad codes.

Example: A police officer notices a glitch where meth smoke seeps out of a bases wall and proceeds to call a warrant to raid the players base.

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react?: I will acquire as much evidence as I can on the higher up with screenshots or recordings and show them to their superiors. 

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation?: I will JailTP the player to my location and assess his wrong doing resulting in a 2 week ban. I would than return to the sit i came for originally and apologize for the inconvenience.

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets.: Politely tell them to move their builds onto the sidewalk away from the street. Further action will be to warn the players and will end with a kick if not cooperating.
