a7) Do you have any prior staffing experience? If so, where? Yes I have, I staffed here on xeno for 6-8 months up to Senior Mod

Please answer these questions with your honest opinion.
b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP? I want to be apart of xeno's community again because its a friendly environment to be around. Sometimes when I'm on many of the moderators are RPing or there are more tickets coming in that they cant handle. My hope is to be able to lessen the stress of other mods and be able to take as many tickets as I can while maintaining a full and well managed sit.

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator? I have a lot of patience with people and when it comes to sits I know that people may want to explain themelves thoroughly to have their story understood. Everyone has the right to have their side of the story told. Also having an unbiased attitude towards others is very fair and favorites shall not be taken into account. If someone committed a wrong, I should punish them appropriately.

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished. RDM is when a play randomly kills another rp player for no reason. RDM shouldnt be a verbal warning and shall be taken seriously to prevent further trouble. A simple warn shall do although if repeated a moderator could ban the reapeted rdm'r for a certain amount of days under their discretion. RDA is an act of random tazing preformed by a Government official by tazing a rp player for no reason. Again, RDT shouldnt be a verbal warning and shall be taken seriously to prevent further trouble. A simple warn shall do although if repeated a moderator could ban the reapeted rdt'r for a certain amount of days under their discretion.

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated. NLR is new life rule. When you die you cannot return to your site of death for 2 minutes. Also if your base is being raided you cannot go back for 10 minutes or until the raider are all dead or advert "over". For example, a hitman kills a thief at a gunshop. That thief cannot go back to that same gunshop for another 2 minutes after respawning because of the 'New Life Rule'

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence. Meta game is when a player uses outside information and uses it ingame. For example, if youre in the xeno lobby in discord with a bunch of randoms and over hear them saying the pin code to the base is 1234. You cannot go to their base and raid them and enter the passcode in. This is becuase its OOC and this information isn't valid when RPing.

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react? Firstly, I would confront them and tell them what they're doing is wrong then go to a higher up and explain the situation to them. All staff members are held with responsibility and shall not abuse their powers just because they are a mod.

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation? First I would jail the said mass RDM'r. Then I would contact staff chat to see if anyone can deal with him. If  not, I would keep him jailed and continue with my current sit. After i finsih my current sit i would deal with the mass RDM'r. I would explain that you cannot do this on this server and proceed to ban him for 2 weeks.

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets. I would politely go up to them and ask them to stop building without a warn, If they continued i would warn them for placing props on the street and continue on with my day. Rules are rules that cant be broken and shall be enforced always even though there are two people on the server.

First of all, welcome back to the server.

Here's my feedback...

C1) Don't be afraid to give out verbal warnings. People can make mistakes sometimes and you don't need to always give a warning for a broken rule. Also, the "certain amount of days" should be a week for repeated RDM.

C2) I'm confused here. You get the NLR timer right, yet you say you can't go back to the base being raided for 10 minutes or until the raid is technically over. Yes, this is partially right, however the NLR timer doesn't change from 2 minutes to 10 minutes. I don't know where that came from.

D1) Make sure you collect some sort of evidence before the confrontation.

D2) In my eyes, you should just excuse yourself from the current sit and deal with the MassRDMer first. Then go back and deal with your current sit.

Honestly, I don't think you're fit for staff right now. You have the experience, however it's not going to cut it for me this time. You legit just came back and aren't on that much at all. I'd love to see you on more so you can change my mind somehow.

Overall: Neutral (leaning towards -1)

+1

When you left the server you left on a good note. You were a really good staff member when you were here. Activity is a little low and did just kinda come back. What i do want to say though, is when you were a senior mod you were a good help to the server, orientations, teaching and making staff understand the rules. I think with a little bit of a refresher and get you up to speed with the new rules and other features to moderating, i believe you will do just fine
