Please describe the staff member's unjust behavior:

Had a friend that was rdm'd multiple times by people that were in far away positions from one another. Peete (said person that was rdm'd) had placed in multiple tickets about getting rdm'd. After getting irritated from his tickets not being answered, he decided to approach Something Trans rights while playing the game and had asked multiple times, "are you gonna accept my tickets". I watched this occur and saw Something Trans Rights flat out ignore him (will contact him and have him follow up with this report as well). After getting frustrated he decided to say something in OOC about feeling like he is being ignored, only for other people to also talk about being frustrated; stating that their tickets were also being ignored. One player in particular, Grunnk, had been trying to ask Something Trans rights multiple times in the game to give him a sit because he him being rdm'd multiple times. Even getting furious after Something Trans Rights had flat out said that they were not going to accept his tickets, going so far to say as it isn't a job (misspelled  with jog but shortly after corrected the spelling error) as if they don't care about accepting said tickets.

In this screenshot I was grognak the feared and later changed my name to Grunnk. This captured most of what was going on but if this isnt enough information for the moderator that reads this tpoic, here is a rant I made after being banned from this server .

My topic shows that Trans would go on duty to warn me for saying "faggot" and then after asking him to accept my ticket he denied and went back to "rp'ing"

This also talks about how lucina was also "rping" so i decided to do a test and rdm'd her and was shortly after warned by lucina for rdm.

I find it incredibly irrisponsible for moderators to use their power to only help themselves for Lucina's case. Id advise you to just read my long ass rant to fully grasp what just happened.

Hello roguepuppy. Thank you for taking the time to fill out a staff report.
I was online while the events in this report occured. I would like to inform you that from what I witnessed,  Something Trans Rights has not broken any of the staff rules or procedures. These procedures state that all staff members have no obligation to take tickets or handle staff matters beyond their required duties. Moreover if they are roleplaying they should be able to roleplay without being constantly pestered or harassed. This was explain by Something numerous time in-game as well as shown in screenshots. Actions shown here were somewhat unnecessary. I understand that your situation may be going on but players should allow staff to roleplay in the same environment that staff work to preserve. I am not the deciding staff member in the matter but felt that an alternate perspective needed to be provided. Thank you for your time.

The staff amongst the XenoRP staff team are all volunteers, meaning we do not require them to be on duty while in game. It is an unreasonable expectation and if a staff cannot handle your issue gather evidence and create a report on the forums. A guaranteed way to have your issue dealt with. So far all evidence provided has not shown me any bias from Something Trans Rights.
